Mehollomes in right of wife Nancy, Walter Luker in right of wife Sarah, Sukey Joynes and Robert Joynes." It also divided Smith Joynes legacy between these siblings, suggesting that he had died. This record also mentions James Joynes, Sheppard Joynes and Betsey Joynes.
