     Jesse B. Crownover was born on 29 January 1901. He married Florence M. Bagwell, daughter of George Bagwell and Alice (?), after 1917. Jesse B. Crownover died on 22 May 1979 at age 78. He was buried at Old Mission Cemetery, Witchita, Sedgwick County, Kansas.

     Levi D. Reed was born on 21 March 1890. He married Mary Bagwell, daughter of George Bagwell and Alice (?), before 1912. Levi D. Reed died on 8 February 1975 at age 84. He was buried at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Monkey Run, Baxter County, Arkansas.

     William V. Haley was born on 25 January 1889. He married Maude Ellen Bagwell, daughter of George Bagwell and Alice (?), before 1930. William V. Haley died on 19 January 1976 at age 86. He was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery, Chickasha, Grady County, Oklahoma.

     Wyatt C. Lockett Jr. was born on 26 February 1893 in Concho County, Texas. He married Linnie May Bagwell, daughter of Allen H. Bagwell Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Bolding, after 1910. He enlisted in the US Army at Fort Bliss, Texas on July 19, 1917. He served during World War I in the Medical Department 18 FA to July 21, 1919. He served overseas from April 23, 1918 to August 28, 1919. He was honorabley discharged on November 3, 1919. Wyatt C. Lockett Jr. died on 2 June 1962 in Texas at age 69. He was buried at Eden Cemetery, Eden, Concho County, Texas.

     Fred Elmore was born on 19 February 1907. He married Foisteen Junita Bagwell, daughter of Marion Robert Bagwell and Pearl Ann Winters, on 12 September 1926 at Huntington, Sebastian County, Arkansas. Fred Elmore died on 6 August 1989 at age 82. He was buried at Huntington Cemetery, Huntington, Sebastian County, Arkansas.

     James Honea married Mary Margaret Bagwell, daughter of Nathaniel Robbins Bagwell and Sarah Elizabeth Rogers, circa 1879.

     James Emmett Sport was born on 14 July 1865 in Alabama. He married Farrie Belle Bagwell, daughter of Nathaniel Robbins Bagwell and Sarah Elizabeth Rogers, before 1892. James Emmett Sport died on 13 April 1938 in Gladewater, Gregg County, Texas, at age 72. He was buried at Rosedale Cemetery, Gladewater, Gregg County, Texas.

     William Hubbard Love was born on 22 November 1870 in Louisiana. He married Laura Viola Bagwell, daughter of Nathaniel Robbins Bagwell and Sarah Elizabeth Rogers, before 1903. William Hubbard Love died on 8 October 1949 at age 78. He was buried at Detroit Cemetery, Detroit, Red River County, Texas.

     M.L. Bagwell was born circa 1871 in Louisiana. He was the son of John Marion Bagwell and Tabitha E. Jarmon.

     Violet May Fox was born on 2 November 1917 in Chelsea Roge, Oklahoma. As of 17 September 1938,her married name was Bagwell. She married Morris Bert Bagwell, son of Morris Woodrow Bagwell and Malissa Jane Looper, on 17 September 1938 at Hughes, Oklahoma. Violet May Fox died on 4 May 1991 in Mitchell County, Texas, at age 73. She was buried at Oakwood Cemetery, Wewoka, Seminole County, Oklahoma.

     Walter Clell Bagwell was born after 1929. He was the son of James Berry Bagwell and Nellie Opal Smith. Walter Clell Bagwell died on 24 March 2003 in Tahleguah, Oklahoma.

     Marion Jefferson Elmore was born on 1 April 1909. He married Estelle L. Bagwell, daughter of Marion Robert Bagwell and Pearl Ann Winters, after 1927. Marion Jefferson Elmore died on 4 February 1978 at age 68. He was buried at Huntington Cemetery, Huntington, Sebastian County, Arkansas.

     Marlene Gay Bagwell is the daughter of J. M. Bagwell and Bernice J. Edwards.¹ Marlene Gay Bagwell married Garold John Wiesseman on 1 September 1979 at Clark County, Nevada.

     Dennis Earl Bagwell was born on 14 September 1910 in South Carolina. He was the son of Noah Lewis Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth Hunter. Dennis Earl Bagwell married Minnie Duncan after 1945. Dennis Earl Bagwell died on 29 January 1962 in Columbia, South Carolina, at age 51.

     William E. Bagwell was born on 4 October 1929. He was the son of Clarence A. Bagwell and Ada Smith. William E. Bagwell married Marie "Johnnie" Mayfield after 1947. William E. Bagwell died on 31 December 2018 at age 89

WILLIAM E. "BILL" BAGWELL OBITUARY

Ingram Funeral Home announces the death of William E. "Bill" Bagwell of Gainesville on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018. Bill is preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Marie. He is also preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ada Bagwell; his brother, Arthur Bagwell; and his sister, Clara Nell Bagwell.
Bill was born Oct. 4, 1929. He graduated from Chestatee School and was employed by Chevron Oil in Atlanta for 35 years. After retirement, he enjoyed farming, riding his tractor and sitting on the front porch with Nana and Pepper, his dog. Bill was a member and deacon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Papa will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Bill is survived by his three children, Debbie (Mike) Fowler, Gwen (Ron) Stover and Darryl (Laura) Bagwell. His is also survived by his grandchildren, Meredith Edwards, Laura Graham, Kate Campbell, Isaac Bagwell, Jacob Bagwell, Peggy Blackwell, David Stover and Janice Vaughan; and a daughter-in-law, Amelia (Pat) Wolfer.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at 11 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Hardy and Rev. Troy Milford officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
The family would like to thank and acknowledge all of the wonderful caregivers who made it possible for Papa to remain at home during his last days. Those people are Gail Gray, Glenda Roberson, Jeanette Nichols, Donna Cape, Sheila Ash, Faith Dinges, Mary Pritchett and Mary Rey.
Also, special thanks to Homestead Hospice for the excellent care and support they provided during Papa's last days.

Ingram Funeral Home announces the death of Marie Mayfield Bagwell on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Marie was born October 28, 1931 to Albert and Luna Mayfield. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Lawrence and Leroy Mayfield; an infant sister, Myrtle Lee; and mother and father-in-law, Ada and Clarence Bagwell.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bill Bagwell; three children, Debbie and Mike Fowler, Gwen and Ron Stover, Darryl and Laura Bagwell. She is survived by 7 seven grandchildren, Meredith and Blake Edwards, Laura and Timothy Graham, Jacob and April Bagwell, Isaac and Sara Bagwell, Kate and Seth Campbell, Janice and Flynn Vaughan, Peggy and Chad Blackwell and David Stover; daughter-in-law, Amelia and Pat Wolfer; several great and great great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Marie was well known as "Johnnie" in the community, and was a longtime member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Here she was once the pianist and she had a beautiful voice as well. She was a simple person, gardener, a homemaker, a great cook, a seamstress, hardworking longtime wife, mother, and friend to anyone who needed her; her passion was helping others and being a caregiver for others; always putting her self last. Anyone who knew her will greatly miss her.
She was buried at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Gainesville, Forsyth County, Georgia.

     Debbie Bagwell is the daughter of William E. Bagwell and Marie "Johnnie" Mayfield. Debbie Bagwell married Mike Fowler after 1970.

     Gwen Bagwell is the daughter of William E. Bagwell and Marie "Johnnie" Mayfield. Gwen Bagwell married Ron Stover after 1970.

     Darryl Bagwell is the son of William E. Bagwell and Marie "Johnnie" Mayfield. Darryl Bagwell married Laura (?) after 1970.

     Lorine C. Schwaiger married Donald William Bagwell, son of George Franklin Bagwell and Almeda Jane McCallister, on 17 September 1955 at Grant County, Indiana.

     Peggy Jean Tucker was born on 4 July 1942 in St. Clair County, Alabama. As of September 1960,her married name was Bagwell. She married John Edward Bagwell, son of Robert Lee Bagwell and Ada Wester, in September 1960 at Talladega County, Alabama. Peggy Jean Tucker died on 12 November 2019 in Leeds, Jefferson County, Alabama, at age 77. She was buried at Saint Clair Memorial Gardens, Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama.

     Sandra Bagwell is the daughter of John Edward Bagwell and Peggy Jean Tucker. Sandra Bagwell married Roger Wentworth after 1980.

     Roger Wentworth married Sandra Bagwell, daughter of John Edward Bagwell and Peggy Jean Tucker, after 1980.

     Timothy Bagwell is the son of John Edward Bagwell and Peggy Jean Tucker. Timothy Bagwell married Amy (?) after 1975.

     Amy (?) married Timothy Bagwell, son of John Edward Bagwell and Peggy Jean Tucker, after 1975.

     Sarah Lucile Macon was born on 27 September 1938 in St. Clair County, Alabama. As of June 1954,her married name was Bagwell. She married James Lomer Bagwell, son of Joseph Watt Bagwell and Lucille Reaves, in June 1954 at Shelby County, Alabama. Sarah Lucile Macon died in 1994 in Ragland, St. Clair County, Alabama. She was buried at Saint Clair Memorial Gardens, Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama.

     Virginia Carol "Vivky or Nanny" Schaffner Schaffner was born on 2 August 1937 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. As of 7 November 1956,her married name was Bagwell. She married Bobby Ray Bagwell, son of Joseph Watt Bagwell and Lucille Reaves, on 7 November 1956 at Cook County, Illinois. Virginia Carol "Vivky or Nanny" Schaffner Schaffner died on 11 November 2006 in Romroville, Will County, Illinois, at age 69.

     Frederick Harold “Fred, Freddy” Bagwell was born on 3 July 1958 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
