Gary Lee Bagwell, 57, of Rockford, passed away at 2:52 p.m. on Sunday, January 27, 2008 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born on January 10, 1952; the son of Thatcher and Patricia (Glover) Bagwell. He married Barbara J. Kjellstrom on December 5, 1970 in Rockford. Gary was the owner of Beechner Heat Treating. He enjoyed building and racing stock cars for over 30 years and he especially liked the "muscle cars" of the 60's. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; son, Brian (Tonya Mund) Bagwell; mother, Patricia Bagwell and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his father, Thatcher on May 15, 1983. Cremation rites will be accorded. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108 assisted the family.


He was cremated.

She married William Earl Bradley, son of William Albert Bradley and Myrtle Helen Dudleston, on 22 July 1942 at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. She was a registered nurse. Dorothy Connese Hunter died on 24 August 1968 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, at age 58 of left lower lobe pneumonia. She also had Thoracoplasty on the right. She was buried on 28 August 1968 at Holy Cross, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana.

     Michael Earl Bradley was born on 22 December 1942 in Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. He was the son of William Earl Bradley and Dorothy Connese Hunter. Michael Earl Bradley married Suzanne Kaye Carter on 21 December 1968 at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. Michael Earl Bradley died on 26 May 2008 in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, at age 65 of non-Hodgekin's Lymphoma.



Michael Earl Bradley, 65, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 26, 2008. He was born in Lafayette, IN on December 22, 1942 to William E. and Dorothy (Hunter) Bradley who have preceded him in death. Michael graduated from Scecina High School in 1961, after which he served his country in the US Army. He obtained a Bachelor degree from Indiana Central College, and also an Associate degree from Gale Technical Institute in Minneapolis, MN. He worked for 15 years at Meridian Mutual Insurance, 22 years at Collins Oldsmobile, and 5 years at Fed Ex. He attended St. John's Catholic Church and Southport Presbyterian Church. Michael had a great love for children and animals. He loved fishing, golfing, bowling and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts. He participated in 14 mini marathons, acquiring many awards and medals. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 39 and a half years, Suzanne Bradley; his brother, William Gregory Bradley; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, Edward Anthony Bradley.

Michael will be laid to rest at Acton Cemetery.


He was buried at Acton Cemetery, Acton, Marion County, Indiana.

     William Albert Bradley was born on 19 March 1877 in West Point, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. He was the son of John Nelson Bradley and Nancy Ann Martin. William Albert Bradley married Myrtle Helen Dudleston in 1912 at Shadeland, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. William Albert Bradley died on 4 July 1967 in Battle Ground, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, at age 90

William Albert Bradley, 90, who made his home with a son, Charles I. Bradley of Battle Ground, died in a Battle Ground nursing facility at 7:15 PM Tuesday, July 4, 1967; he had been in failing health for a year. Born at West Point, he lived there most of his life and was employed at the Crabbs, Reynolds, Taylor grain elevator there for 43 years. He retired in 1946 and moved to Lafayette in 1949, and lived here until going to his son's home last October.

Mr. Bradley was married to Myrtle H. Dudleston at Shadeland in 1912. He was a member of West Point Methodist Church, and a past master and 50-year member of F&AM Shawnee Lodge 129 at Odell.

Surviving with the widow and son at Battle Ground are another son, William E. Bradley of Indianapolis; two daughters, Mrs. John F. Doran of Detroit and Mrs. Cleo R. Setters of Lafayette; and three brothers, John Bradley of West Point, Rupert Bradley and Earl Bradley, both of Lafayette; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services July 7, Hippensteel Chapel, the Rev. Richard L. Bowman officiating; internment West Point Cemetery.
