Robert "Bob" Baker, 65, of Arcanum, Ohio, formerly of Ansonia, Ohio passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in Greenville, Ohio.

He was born on February 2, 1954 to the late Edward and Carol (Steed) Baker of Ansonia.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda (Bagwell) Baker, whom he married on February 4, 1985; and his brother Gary Baker.

Bob was a 1972 graduate from Ansonia High School. He had a passion for fixing tractors and other farm equipment. Bob spent over 15 years working for Ron Garrett Chevrolet in Greenville, Ohio as the Parts Manager. When he was not working in the shop, you could find him tinkering with anything he could get his hands on. Bob did not know a stranger. He made friends with anyone and everyone. His caring personality allowed him to be a role model for many teenagers. Bob loved firetrucks and dressing up as Santa Claus. His favorite thing to do after a long day at work was to sit on the couch and enjoy a bowl of vanilla ice cream.

Bob is survived by his children, Angie (Thom) Spurlock of Greenville, and Christopher (Stacie) Baker of Arcanum; his grandchildren, Michael W. (Whitney Yeagle) Johnson, Jr of Greenville, Zachary Robert Baker of Greenville, and Swayze J. Baker of Arcanum; his one great granddaughter on the way; his siblings, Carolyn Fields of Union City, Ohio, Pauline (Bill) Albritton of Versailles, Ohio; his sister-in-law, Wanda Baker of Celina, Ohio; his cherished special friend, Bethany Weaver of Arcanum; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Bob's life will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus with Mr. Chris Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in Greenville.

Guest may visit with Bob's family on Thursday from 10:00 AM till the time of service.

Mary Carol West and Benjamin Prince Bagwell were divorced on 2 August 1961 at Hopewell, Virginia. Mary Carol West died on 23 May 2021 at age 89


Mary Carol West Bagwell went home to be with the Lord on May 23, 2021. Mary Carol was born at the old Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine on April 1, 1932 to Mary Clark and Judson B. West. Mary Carol attended St. Johns County Public Schools, graduating from Ketterlinus High School in 1950.
Mary Carol attended Stetson University, and later received a Master's Degree from Florida State University. After teaching at Orange Street School and Ketterlinus High School, she moved to Miami where she served as a guidance counselor at Miami Springs High School, and then at Hialeah High School. She retired in 1987, and returned to St. Augustine where she became an active member at Ancient City Baptist Church. There, she served as Director of Sunday School, Sunday School Teacher, Historian, and Tour Leader.
Mary Carol is survived by niece, Deborah West (Mike); nephew, George West (Linda), nephew, Paul West (Lisa), all of St. Augustine; and niece, Rozanne Chevallier (Roger) of Miller Place, New York; sister-in-law, Annelle West, and many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at Ancient City Baptist Church, 27 Sevilla Street, St Augustine, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider making a donation to Ancient City Baptist Church or Community Hospice.
