Ryan Christopher Bagwell, age 19, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 4, 2022, in his home. He was born December 24, 2002, to Robert and Sandra (Saenz) Bagwell, joining sister Nicole.
He was a 2021 graduate of Sharyland Pioneer High School, where he obtained many achievements as a part of the boys’ varsity golf team. He completed one semester at the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley and worked alongside his father for their family business. Ryan truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as spending time with friends and family, hunting, driving his truck, and most importantly, golfing and fishing. Ryan loved to golf and has been an avid fisherman since a very young age, some would even say that fish feared him. Many of his best days were spent on a boat alongside his father and friends. He also loved animals and spent a great deal of time with his dogs, Macy and Bella, and cat, Ally. He was so deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around him, with an uncanny ability to make anyone laugh. Ryan will continue to be remembered and loved by his parents, Robert and Sandra, his sister, Nicole, and so many others who were able to know such a light and kind soul.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Ryan touched are invited to attend a memorial service in his honor on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission. Visitation will start at 11:00 am with a memorial service at 1:00 pm.

Lisa Marie Shaner married Claude Arthur Bagwell, son of Columbus Freddie Bagwell and Donna Margaret Bothfeld, on 31 July 1996 at Denton County, Texas. Lisa Marie Shaner died on 27 January 2013 in Buford, Gwinnett County, Georgia, at age 50.

     Shane Bagwell is the son of Claude Arthur Bagwell and Lisa Marie Shaner.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nina Faye Bagwell (Mars Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Brook Simmons and Maude Connor Simmons; and her siblings, Christine Lunsford (Jack), Bud Simmons Eunice (Marie) and Ray Simmons.

She is survived by : her husband Joe Hamilton Bagwell; her sons, Bruce and Brian Bagwell; her brother Ben Simmons (Oakie); and her nephew Jackie Lunsford (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and several close friends.

A burial will be held on Sunday, April 10th 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Flint Hill Cemetery (Weaverville, NC 28787).
