Karen Jones and Clifford Whitte Bagwell lived in 2010 in Springville, Alabama. Karen Jones died on 17 January 2024 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, at age 62

Karen Bagwell, 62, passed away on January 17, 2024, in Birmingham, AL.

Karen is survived by her husband Clifford Bagwell; son Jeremy Bagwell (Kelsey Velo), daughter Rebecca Robinson (Scott), grandchildren Annabelle, Jared, Ada, and Naomi; brother Dan Jones (Mary Jo), along with many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Karen is preceded in death by her father Bill Jones and mother Beverly Jones Reynolds.

Karen dedicated her life to being a caregiver and was an ICU nurse for 40 years.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, from 11 AM to 12 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services to follow at 12 PM in the chapel. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.

In lieu of flowers family request donations can be made in Karen’s name to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.

She was buried at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens, Trussville, Jefferson County, Alabama.
