Bill Bagwell, age 50, of Goodview, VA passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023. Born in Greenville, NC, he is survived by his parents, Al & Debby, the love of his life, his wife Laura, his 2 daughters: Ashley (married to Ross Bridgham), and Taylor, his puppy Leroy, his brother Andy (married to Lawson), his niece Natalie, and nephews Leyton and Henry.

Music was Bills passion as was exemplified by his love for designing sound systems and mastering both the air guitar and air drums! He worked in the AV industry his entire life, starting off in his familys car audio business and then building his own home technology business.

He was happiest spending time with his family and friends, whether it was jamming out to his garage speakers, boating, slaloming, driving, flying, or tinkering on one of his many projects. He was always busy but he put everyones needs before his own. He was the first one to show up and the last one to leave, on Bagwell time of course. He never met a stranger; he could connect with anyone and talk about anything. He had a way with words to make everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. Whether it was his gift for gab or that twinkle in his beautiful baby blue eyes, he was the most incredible man with a heart of gold (and purple). Those of us who were fortunate to have him in our lives, know the void will never be filled.

He loved life! He loved his baby girls and was beyond excited to become a grandfather this year! He was the happiest he had ever been with his wife by his side! He loved his friends, both old and new! Lets not forget how much he liked turtles!

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas, a charity that was true to Bills heart. A service at Ebenezer United Methodist Church will be held in his honor at 1 oclock Saturday, May 27, 2023 with a reception to follow.
