     Vincent Henry Bagwell was born on 25 October 1931 in Riverside, Riverside County, California. He was the son of William Reece Bagwell and Elizabeth Brewster Manning. Vincent Henry Bagwell married Clara Estelle Jackson on 20 October 1963 at Escambia County, Florida. Vincent Henry Bagwell died on 12 April 2011 at age 79. He was buried at Gordon Memorial Gardens, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia;


Vincent H. Bagwell, age 79, one of Calhoun's best known businessman and owner and operator on the Calhoun Watch Shop for more than 55 years. Died Tuesday afternoon April 12th in Rome. Following several months of declining health.
Vincent was born October 25, 1931 in Beaumont, California. Son of the late William Reese Bagwell and Elizabeth Brewster Manning Bagwell. He was a member of the Belmont Baptist Church and was a private pilot. Besides his parents Vincent was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Bagwell, a sister, Mary Holsomback and a brother, Billy Bagwell.
Survivors include two daughters; Jane DeFoor and her husband Zane of Calhoun, and Catherine Varidel of West, VA. One brother, Jerry Bagwell of Calhoun. One sister, Margaret Greeson of Kennesaw. Seven grandchildren; Phillip Todd Allen, Gary Chadwick Allen, James Wesley Allen, Christopher Joel Allen, Chadwick Zane DeFoor, Jason Sean Breese, and Mathew Vincent Breese. Thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday April 16th at 2pm from the Belmont Baptist Church. With Rev. Jeff Hawkins and Dr. John Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers serving include; Brian Bagwell, David Bagwell, Keith Bagwell, John Bagwell, Steve Holsomback and Van Holsomback. The Scrap Iron Sunday School Class will serve as honorary escorts.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 until 8pm at the funeral home and on Saturday until 12noon at which time Vincent will be taken to the church to lie in state from 1pm until the funeral hour.

Wynelle Bagwell Hensley, 91, of Calhoun, died Thursday, October 3, 2019 in her home following declining health.

She was born in Calhoun, GA on August 12, 1928, daughter of the late Howard Bagwell and Emma Mae Tucker Bagwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Hensley; her daughter, Debbie Hensley Cochran; and her brothers and sisters-in-law, JH and Dell Bagwell, Ralph and Freda Bagwell, Raymond and Charlene Bagwell, and Gene and Martha Bagwell.

Wynelle loved her family dearly and enjoyed watching the Hummingbirds and spending time outdoors. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Michael Gilbert, Angie and Steve Wright, Pipa Defoor, and Jether Cochran; her grandchildren, Ginger Dutton, Connie Elmore, Kim Lemons, Amy Frasier, Matthew Cochran, Jessica Janotka, Jenna Ables, Kaycie Sutherland, Hannah Defoor, and Lauren Defoor; her great grandchildren, Katie and Trent Lemons, Hannah Jean and Benjamin Frasier, Wynn, Nash, Kip and Willa Janotka, Cash Ables, Myles Mayes, Hadley Sutherland, and Cade and Macy Jean Cochran.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 4:00p.m. from the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Chapel. with Rev. Gary Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Fain Cemetery with Rev. Jether Cochran in charge of the graveside rites. Pallbearers serving include, Parrish Dutton, Dennis Elmore, Jarrett Ables, Will Janotka, Alex Sutherland, Trent Lemons, Matthew Cochran, and John Frasier.

She was buried at Fain Cemetery, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia.
