Algie O. Rountree, Jr. October 8, 1944 - July 19, 2015 Algie O. Rountree, Jr. of Waco, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015. Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 23, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Algie was born October 8, 1944, to Algie and Elsie Rountree. He graduated from Waco High and attended Baylor. He served in the U.S. Air Force. During his career he was an electronic technician and that eventually led him to establish his own music recording studio. Algie was a gifted musician, composing music, playing and singing in several local bands. He had been a member of Fidelis Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara Bagwell Rountree of Waco; cousin, David Mark Williams and wife, Jan, of Alexandria, LA, and his daughter, Erin, and son, Michael, and cousin, Melissa Pennington and her son, Will; sister-in-law, Pamela Young and husband, Steve, of Corrales, NM. Nancy Wheeler Bagwell, 61, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away on February 24, 2025, due to heart disease complications. Born on January 1, 1964, in Okinawa, Japan, she was the daughter of Lt. Col. William Bryan Wheeler, Jr. and Vivian Lorraine Conway.

Nancy spent her formative years in Kissimmee, Florida, before settling in Lakeland, where she found her true home. She was a woman of warmth, strength, and kindness who built a life filled with love and devotion to her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry "Ricky" Bagwell, and her dear sister, Natsuko Nana. She is survived by her brother, William Bryan Wheeler III, her two cherished children, Steven (Melany) and Stefanie (Robert), and her adored grandchildren, Tyler and Ashley and her loving friend Brock Toews.

Nancy found joy in life's simple moments and will be remembered for her feisty spirit, unwavering love, and the deep impact she left on all who knew her.

In honor of her deep love for her dog Otis, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Osceola County Animal Shelter.
