Louis Terry Bagwell married Shelia Baker before 1977.² Louis Terry Bagwell died on 22 December 2006 in North Carolina at age 63.² He was buried at Williams Family Cemetery, Franklin County, North Carolina.²

Ronnie G. Bagwell died peacefully at his home in Lawton on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at 72 years of age. He was born September 7, 1951, in Duncan, Oklahoma. Ronnie spent his formative years in Duncan and was a 1969 graduate of Duncan High School. He continued his education at Cameron University, earning his Bachelor of Science. Ronnie married Donna Caldwell on June 8, 1996, at Roseland Church of Christ in Lawton.

Ronnie was an entrepreneur. He started and owned many businesses over the years, but his passion and the majority of his career was spent in residential and commercial construction. He traveled for many years across the U.S. building for the United States Military- his favorite places included Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and Fort Hunter Liggett in California.

He was a member of Cache Creek Cowboy Church.

An avid OU Football Fan, Ronnie enjoyed tailgating and cheering on the Sooners in Norman and attending bowl games. He and Donna loved to travel - Alaska, Napa, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and throughout Europe- even considering a move to Belize at one time. They retired to Lake Texoma; retirement was short-lived as Ronnie quickly began building barndominiums for families at the lake. Recently, they moved back to the family land east of Lawton, where he was excited to work in his new greenhouse.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Bagwell, of the home; four children and their spouses, Jason and Paige Bagwell, Tuttle, Oklahoma; Andrea and Casey Choate, McKinney, Texas; Courtney and Trent Willis, Edmond, Oklahoma; and Tyler and Heidi Brown, Celina, Texas; 13 grandchildren; his sister, Paula Powell, Wathena, Kansas; his uncle, Jimmy Anderson and wife Joann, Lakeway, TX; several nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law, Barbara Caldwell, Lawton.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents Paul Bagwell and Reba Anderson Bagwell.

His memorial service is Friday, January 19, 2024, at 3 p.m at Cache Creek Cowboy Church, 6902 SE Bishop Road in Lawton, with Jack Darnell officiating.

Immediately after, the family will hold a reception celebrating Ronnie’s life at Hanza’s Heartland, 7601 SE 75th and Lee Blvd.

Bagwell, son of William Garrett Bagwell and Lillie Mae Collins, on 5 March 1945 at Bakersfield, California.¹ Reba G. Anderson died on 21 January 2008 in Highland, Doniphan County, Kansas, at age 81. She was buried at Duncan Municipal Cemetery, Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

     Donna Carol Caldwell married Rondle George Bagwell, son of Paul E. Bagwell and Reba G. Anderson, on 8 June 1996 at Roseland Church of Christ, Lawton, Oklahoma.¹

     Paul E. Bagwell was born on 5 September 1921 in Paoli, Oklahoma.¹ He was the son of William Garrett Bagwell and Lillie Mae Collins.¹ He served in the US Navy from from 1942 to 1954.¹ Paul E. Bagwell married Reba G. Anderson on 5 March 1945 at Bakersfield, California.¹ Paul E. Bagwell died on 2 February 2005 in Duncan Regional Hospital, Duncan, Oklahoma, at age 83.¹ He was buried at Duncan Municipal Cemetery, Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

     Paula Bagwell is the daughter of Paul E. Bagwell and Reba G. Anderson.¹ Paula Bagwell married John Powell after 1968.
