     Hester Bagwell was born in August 1888 in Maryland. She was the daughter of George W. Bagwell and Susan Ellen Hatten.

     Lucy Bagwell was born in June 1890 in Maryland. She was the daughter of George W. Bagwell and Susan Ellen Hatten.

     Olive Bagwell was born in May 1893 in Maryland. She was the daughter of George W. Bagwell and Susan Ellen Hatten.

     George Washington Bagwell was born on 28 September 1885 in Accomack County, Virginia. He was the son of George W. Bagwell and Susan Ellen Hatten. George Washington Bagwell married Catherine Robinson before 1913. George Washington Bagwell died in November 1938 at age 53.

     Dorothy Anne Bagwell is the daughter of George Washington Bagwell and Catherine Robinson. Dorothy Anne Bagwell married Henry Theadore Waters before 1935.

     Anna Jordan Bagwell was born in November 1893 in Virginia. She was the daughter of George W. Bagwell and Susan Ellen Hatten.

     Emile Jerome Bagwell was born on 29 November 1894 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of George W. Bagwell and Susan Ellen Hatten. He served as a Corporal in the US Army during World War I. Emile Jerome Bagwell died on 14 June 1970 at age 75. He was buried on 19 June 1970 at Baltimore National Cemetery, Baltimore, City of Baltimore, Maryland.

     Esther (?) was born circa 1834 in Accomac County, Virginia. As of before 1856,her married name was Bagwell. She married James Bagwell before 1856.

     Anna Bagwell was born circa 1859 in Accomac County, Virginia. She was the daughter of James Bagwell and Esther (?)

     Larry Kenneth Bagwell Jr. was born on 28 March 1960. He was the son of Larry Kenneth Bagwell and Barbara Ann Barefoot. Larry Kenneth Bagwell Jr. died on 2 December 2025 in Morehead City, North Carolina, at age 65


Morehead City, NC : Mr. Larry Kenneth Bagwell, Jr. passed away on December 2, 2025. Larry was born on March 28, 1960, in Laurens, SC to the late Barbara Barefoot Woodall and Larry Kenneth Bagwell, Sr... Larry's step-father was the late Dr. Leonard Woodall. His sister, Leah Bagwell Stout also predeceased Larry as well as grandparents Ira Green Barefoot and Sarah Dodd Barefoot and Fred and Gladys Bagwell.

A few years ago, Larry retired after many years with a pharmaceutical firm in Clayton and chose Beaufort, NC to live. There he became a co-owner of a restaurant on Front Street that backed up to Beaufort Inlet (Taylor's Creek) where the (wild horses) graze across the way. Larry always said that he chose Beaufort because his mother, Barbara, always treasured the area and so did he. Larry enjoyed fishing, boating and working in the area.

Larry is survived by his nephew, Hunter Stout (Leah's son) who lives in the Tampa Bay area; his aunt Betsy Barefoot Massengill (twin sister of his mother, Barbara); cousins, Wil Massengill and wife, Kary and their daughter, Lily; and James Massengill and wife, Valerie and their daughter, Scarlett. Larry also had many friends in the Four Oaks, Smithfield, Beaufort and Morehead City area.

Being a private and serious person, the family has chosen a private graveside service for Larry at Juniper Primitive Baptist Church located outside of Four Oaks.

Leah Ann Bagwell died on 9 November 2000 in North Carolina at age 39. She was buried at Juniper Church Cemetery, Four Oaks, Johnston County, North Carolina.

     David Allen Rice married Tina Marie Bagwell, daughter of William Lewis Bagwell and Marlene Ann Sprouse, on 19 July 1980 at Bristol, Virginia.

     Garvin Bertery Dillard married Ethel Margaret Bagwell, daughter of Elijah Walker Bagwell and Leotto Cantrell, circa 1927.

     Tina Marie Bagwell married Timothy Alan Mason on 7 January 1978 at Dickson, Tennessee.

     Timothy Alan Mason was born on 4 October 1958. He married Tina Marie Bagwell on 7 January 1978 at Dickson, Tennessee. Timothy Alan Mason died on 29 September 2011 in Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee, at age 52. He was buried on 2 October 2011 at Union Cemetery, Dickson, Dickson County, Tennessee.

     Marline Sexton is the daughter of Ernest Marcus Sexton and Helen Earlene Bagwell.

     Coral S. (?) married Bradley Neil Bagwell, son of Randall Keith Bagwell and Valerie Ellen Blazon, after 2010.

     Helen Tinsley married William Clarence Bagwell, son of Homer Lester Bagwell Sr. and Mentora May Worley, before 1940.

     Anderson A. Thrift married Helen Earlene Bagwell, daughter of William Clarence Bagwell and Helen Tinsley, after 1965.

     Frances Maude Bragg was born on 28 August 1942. As of after 1970,her married name was Sexton. She married Ernest Marcus Sexton after 1970. Frances Maude Bragg died on 11 June 2014 at age 71. She was buried at M J Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery, Anderson, Anderson County, South Carolina.

     Crosby S. Bagwell is the son of Michael S. Bagwell and Stephanie Alice (?)

     Carson J. Barnes is the son of Stephanie Alice (?)

     Kayla A. Carpenter married Matthew David Bagwell, son of David Andrew Bagwell and Karma Lea Lus, in 2019.

     LaDonna M. Bagwell is the daughter of Claude Jesse Ray Bagwell and Deborah Diane Moore.

     Merry Lyn Hirt married Timothy R. Hinaman on 13 May 1978 at Vickery, Ohio. Merry Lyn Hirt married Beverly Lloyd Bagwell, son of Beverly Lloyd Bagwell and Lena Johan Miller, in 1989 at Tarrant County, Texas.¹

     Joel Jason Kimmel married Heather Riley Bagwell, daughter of Beverly Lloyd Bagwell and Mary Frances Jones, on 16 April 1994 at Tarrant County, Texas. Joel Jason Kimmel and Heather Riley Bagwell were divorced on 27 June 2005 at Denton County, Texas.
