After Norman's retirement from Halliburton, they bought the family farm in the Warren community where they had cattle and she raised and trained paint horses.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband Norman of the home; son, Gary Wade of Crandall, Texas; daughter, Norma Kay Wood of Austin, Texas; stepbrother, Chester of Covington, Texas; stepsister, Goldene of Arlington, Texas; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services are set for Monday at 10 a.m. at People's Funeral Chapel in Lone Wolf officiated by Larry Sparks. Burial will be at the Warren Cemetery under the direction of People's Co-operative Funeral Home

Robert was born in Holdenville, OK on May 1, 1931, one of three children born to Autis Cliston Bagwill and Sadie Alice (Pointer) Bagwill. He worked in heavy equipment assembly for The Crosby Group, which manufactured oil field equipment. Robert and Martha Shipley were married in Tulsa on April 20, 1962 and had enjoyed forty-nine years of marriage prior to his death.
Robert was a quiet man who could always be counted on to help others. He was also a man of many talents, which when combined with his strong work ethic made him a person who was appreciated by those he came in contact with. One of his self-taught talents was art, ranging from pencil art to oil paintings of landscapes, various objects he encountered in traveling around the country, and portraits, most notably, portraits of his grandchildren. Those were proudly displayed on the walls of his home. Robert also took great pleasure in landscaping and worked regularly in his yard, mowing, planting flowers, vegetable gardens, shrubs, etc. He had a natural ability when it came to building and remodeling things and had virtually rebuilt their original home and built some beautiful additions to the home. He and Martha enjoyed traveling and took many trips throughout the United States with Martha's cousin Paula Catlett and her husband Jack.
Robert is survived by his wife Martha, a daughter, Marsha Gail Caves and husband James and a son, Bobby Bagwill and wife Teresa, all of Tulsa, four grandchildren, Jacob Bagwill and wife Brittany, Alexis Campbell and husband Matt, Rick Dillon, and Victoria "Tory" Dillon. He is also survived by seven great-grandchilren, other family members and many friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 29th from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Jubilee International Ministries, 680 E 41st St, Sand Springs, with Pastors Pat Fryer and Dan Fisher officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park in Sand Springs under the direction of Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service.
