Brian L. BAGWELL

Of Dorchester, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2014 at the age of 71.

Born in Norfolk, VA, Brian grew up in Boston and graduated from Boston Public Schools.

For 36 years, Brian worked as a custodian for the Boston Public School system, retiring in 2012.

He was also a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union, Local #17.

Brian was a rabid sports fan and participant. He was a member of the Hanna Club football league.
For many years, you could find him umpiring or refereeing sporting events around Boston.

Brian also enjoyed vacationing with his family in No. Conway, NH.
Of all his passions, watching his grandsons play football and attending their wrestling matches was what brought him the greatest joy.

Brian is survived by his loving daughter, Danielle K. Corbett and her husband Kieran "KC" of So. Dennis.

Dear grandfather of three, all of So. Dennis.
Devoted brother of Alan, Lucy, Mark, Maria and Geoffrey. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Reposing at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., BRAINTREE. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home.

Geoffrey Bagwell of Dorchester, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday October 29th, 2020 in his home. Beloved son of the the late Amos and Marion (Doherty) Bagwell.

Geoffrey was a longtime resident of the Walter E. Fernald State School in Waltham before moving out into the community in Dorchester for the past several years.
