     Dawson Bagwell is the son of James Edward Bagwell and Jennifer Leigh Powers.

     Effie E. Bagwell was born on 31 December 1904. She was the daughter of James Wooster Bagwell and Myrtle Prigmore. As of 1921,her married name was Hice. Effie E. Bagwell married Ernest Richard “Ernie” Hice in 1921. Effie E. Bagwell died in December 1983 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. She was buried at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.

     Ernest Richard “Ernie” Hice was born on 26 February 1903. He married Effie E. Bagwell, daughter of James Wooster Bagwell and Myrtle Prigmore, in 1921. Ernest Richard “Ernie” Hice died on 11 August 1970 at age 67. He was buried at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.

     Robert P. Norton married Pamela Therse Bagwell, daughter of Percy Dollar Bagwell Jr. and Francis E. Crawford, on 19 September 1983 at Brazos County, Texas.

     Bobby Lane Blankenship married Rita Jima Bagwell, daughter of Wendell "Wendy" Lee Bagwell and Melba Louise Hogue, on 17 August 1968 at Marietta, Georgia.

     Franci Cerkovnik married Wendy Lea Bagwell, daughter of Wendell "Wendy" Lee Bagwell and Melba Louise Hogue, before 1996.

     Joe W. Bagwell was born circa 1856 in Alabama. He married Fannie Allen in 1916 at Andalusia, Alabama.

     Fannie Allen married Joe W. Bagwell in 1916 at Andalusia, Alabama.

     Hubert Bagwell was born on 17 October 1917 in Wallace, Alabama. He was the son of Joe W. Bagwell and Fannie Allen. (an unknown value.) He served in the US Army Air Force as a Master Sergeant from from 13 April 1940 to 20 September 1945 in the 443d Army Air Force Group. Hubert Bagwell married Lorena Brady on 10 May 1947 at Autauga County, Alabama. Hubert Bagwell married Roxie Ella Long before 1967. Hubert Bagwell and Roxie Ella Long were divorced in May 1967 at Stanislaus County, California. Hubert Bagwell died on 29 July 1967 in San Joaquin County, California, at age 49. He was buried at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson, Stanislaus County, California.

     Lorena Brady married Hubert Bagwell, son of Joe W. Bagwell and Fannie Allen, on 10 May 1947 at Autauga County, Alabama.

     Roxie Ella Long was born on 17 October 1917. As of before 1967,her married name was Bagwell. She married Hubert Bagwell, son of Joe W. Bagwell and Fannie Allen, before 1967. Roxie Ella Long and Hubert Bagwell were divorced in May 1967 at Stanislaus County, California. Roxie Ella Long died on 30 July 1967 at age 49.

     Roy R. Bagwell is the son of Joe W. Bagwell and Fannie Allen.

     Gail (?) married Stephen Mark Bagwell, son of Joseph Pinckney Bagwell Jr. and Maisie Lucille Horton, after 1993.

     Anne (?) married Scott Bagwell, son of Joseph Pinckney Bagwell Jr. and Maisie Lucille Horton, after 1955.

     Susan (?) married Michael Dennis Bagwell, son of Joseph Pinckney Bagwell Jr. and Maisie Lucille Horton, after 1963.

     Kyle Oliver married Louie James Bagwell, son of Harold James Bagwell and Betty Louise Peace, before 1955.

     Everette Henry Bagwell was born on 6 October 1955. He was the son of Louie James Bagwell and Kyle Oliver. Everette Henry Bagwell married Karen Lynn Hines on 5 June 1976 at Sandy Springs Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina. Everette Henry Bagwell married Linda Weaver on 31 December 1982 at Chesnee, South Carolina. Everette Henry Bagwell died on 17 April 2011 in Taylors, South Carolina, at age 55.

     Linda Weaver was born on 18 May 1957. As of 31 December 1982,her married name was Bagwell. She married Everette Henry Bagwell, son of Louie James Bagwell and Kyle Oliver, on 31 December 1982 at Chesnee, South Carolina. Linda Weaver was cremated. She died on 20 January 2023 at age 65

Linda Ann Bagwell, 65, of Easley, SC, passed away on January 20, 2023, at her home, companied by her sister Renee. She was born the daughter of Clyde and Frances Weaver, born in South Carolina, on May 18, 1957. Linda is survived by her children Savannah Arrowood and Chuck Mccullough; grandchildren: Lacey, Hayden, Tyler, Lil Chuck, Devin, and Chasity; sister Renee, brothers: Trace and Shane. She was predeceased by her Husband Everette; mother Frances; older brother Robert; her grandbaby, Noah. Linda liked to read a good book, listen to music, and dance around the kitchen singing her heart out. She loved spending time with her grandkids & watching tv ( such as the Voice, Adam Levine was her favorite, Supernatural, Vampire Diaries). Linda may have left this world but she will forever be in the hearts and minds of the family and friends she left behind.

     Karen Lynn Hines married Everette Henry Bagwell, son of Louie James Bagwell and Kyle Oliver, on 5 June 1976 at Sandy Springs Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina.

     Hope McDowell married Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell, son of Clyde Vause Bagwell, on 23 May 1983 at South Carolina. Hope McDowell and Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell were divorced on 10 December 1984 at Guilford, North Carolina.

     Amy (?) married Henry Lee Bagwell, son of Hulon Bascomb Bagwell and Odessa Maye Tillman, after 1976.

     Marica Branch married Rodger D. Bagwell, son of Billy Troy Bagwell and Sandra Ates, before 1984.

     Krystal Lynn Bagwell was born on 5 March 1984. She was the daughter of Rodger D. Bagwell and Marica Branch. Krystal Lynn Bagwell died on 20 June 2022 at age 38


Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Martin & Castille's La Fleur de Lis Chapel for Krystal Lynn Bagwell, age 38, who passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022. The family will receive guests in Martin & Castille's SOUTHSIDE location on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of services.

Pastor Chris Fuselier will conduct the services.

Survivors include her parents, Rodger and Marcia Branch Bagwell; her siblings, Lance Bagwell and his wife Tiffany, McKensey Bagwell Tuminello and her husband Brandon, and Chelsea Bagwell Moseley and her husband Joe; her nieces and nephew, Baylin Bagwell, McKenzie Summers, and Margo Moseley; her paternal grandfather, Billy Bagwell; her maternal grandmother, Montez Branch; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Krystal was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Sandra Bagwell; and her maternal grandfather, Bob Branch.

Krystal was a lifelong resident of Lafayette where she graduated from Lafayette High School. She loved playing soccer and enjoyed shopping. She cherished her family and they loved her deeply. May she rest in peace.

A heartfelt appreciation is extended by the Bagwell family to Aunt Sue Ellen Bagwell and Uncle Coleman Bagwell for their unwavering support and love given to Krystal all of her life.

     Brandon P. Tuminello married McKensey Lashay Bagwell, daughter of Rodger D. Bagwell and Marcia Montez, after 2003.

     Joseph F. Moseley married Chelsea M. Bagwell, daughter of Rodger D. Bagwell and Marcia Montez, after 2003.

     Sangie Carol Bagwell was born on 9 October 1981. She was the daughter of Roger Dale Bagwell and Linda Lipham. Sangie Carol Bagwell lived in 2025 in Cropwell, Alabama. She died on 26 October 2025 at age 44.

     Infant Bagwell was born on 1 August 1910. Infant Bagwell was the child of Homer William Bagwell and Mary L. Stanley. Infant Bagwell died on 6 August 1910. Infant Bagwell was buried at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery, Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.

     Frances Janette Reynolds died Frances Janette Bagwell, age in Arkadelphia, Clark County, Arkansas,


Frances Janette Bagwell, age 83, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born October 24, 1939, in Sylvan Hills, AR, the daughter of the late Emmett Davis and Floy Reynolds.

Janette was an administrative assistant in the Liberal Arts Dept. at Henderson State University. She was a member of Mt Bethel Baptist Church and honorary member of Gideon’s Auxillary. Janette enjoyed sewing, artwork and reading in her free time.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Kenneth, David and Cecil Reynolds, and one sister, Genevieve Walls.

Janette is survived by her husband, Willie Bagwell of Arkadelphia, one daughter, Diane Runyan (Phillip) of Arkadelphia, two sons, Col. Randall Bagwell (Karen) of Alexandria, VA and Brian Bagwell (Jennifer) of Arkadelphia, seven grandchildren, Heather Runyan, Brad Runyan (Jenine), Alex Breitler (Greg), Becca Griffith, Colby Bagwell (Rory), Brett Bagwell (Mallory) and Skylar Bagwell, four great- grandchildren, Madison, Jackson, Dawson and Easton, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Fagan officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time Saturday.

Interment will be in Golden Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Brad Runyan, Phillip Runyan, Rusty Burks, Brett Bagwell, Colby Bagwell and Kenny Humphries

     Diane Bagwell is the daughter of Willie Gene Bagwell and Frances Janette Reynolds. Diane Bagwell married Phillip Runyan after 1977.
