     Corrine Eva Moss was born on 8 June 1923 in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹ As of after 1935,her married name was Bagwell.¹ She married Clyde Elliott Bagwell Sr., son of Edward Roland Bagwell and Minnie Susan Brady, after 1935.¹ Corrine Eva Moss died on 2 June 1979 in Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina, at age 55.¹ She was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹

     Patricia G. Bagwell is the son of Clyde Elliott Bagwell Sr. and Corrine Eva Moss.

     Waymond Alfred Bagwell was born on 8 August 1929 in Pickens County, South Carolina.^1,2 He was the son of Arthur Gardner Bagwell and Lillie Mae Jones.^3,2,4 He served in the US Army during the Korean War.² Waymond Alfred Bagwell died on 11 October 2012 in Toccoa, Georgia, at age 83
Waymon Alfred Bagwell, 83, formerly of Easley, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012.

Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Arthur and Lillie Jones Bagwell. Mr. Bagwell formely worked for Woodside Mills in Easley , was of the Pentecostal faith, and a veteran of the US Army, having served in the Korean War.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bagwell was predeceased by four brothers, Dewey, Haskell, Claude and Grady Bagwell; and one sister, Bertha King.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 14, 2012 in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends, at the graveside, immediately following the service.

     Ralph Eugene Bagwell was born on 19 September 1920 in South Carolina. He was the son of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis. He was a veteran of the United States Army during World War II.¹ Ralph Eugene Bagwell died on 26 October 1998 in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 78.¹ He was buried at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹

     Troy Virgil Bagwell Sr. was born on 2 October 1915 in South Carolina.¹ He was the son of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis. Troy Virgil Bagwell Sr. married Nellie Crossley after 1935.² He was a Private in the United States Marine Corps during World War II.¹ Troy Virgil Bagwell Sr. died on 18 July 1990 at age 74.¹ He was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹

     Mildred R. Bagwell was born on 15 February 1925 in South Carolina. She was the daughter of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis. As of after 1937,her married name was Mullinax. Mildred R. Bagwell married Reverend Robert Lee Mullinax Sr. after 1937. Mildred R. Bagwell died on 4 January 2002 in Bonneau, Berkeley County, South Carolina, at age 76. She was buried at Graceland East Memorial Park and Mausoleum, Simpsonville, Greenville County, South Carolina.

     Sunie Lois Bagwell was born on 22 January 1914 in South Carolina. She was the daughter of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis. As of 16 December 1933,her married name was Brown. Sunie Lois Bagwell married Hubert Edward Brown on 16 December 1933 at Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Sunie Lois Bagwell died on 8 May 1986 in Lyman, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 72.

     Oscar Gaines Bagwell was born on 1 September 1919 in South Carolina.¹ He was the son of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis. Oscar Gaines Bagwell died on 30 May 1976 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 56.¹ He was buried at Thompson Chapel Cemetery, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹

     Paul Bagwell is the son of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis.

     Norma Bagwell is the daughter of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis.

     Nellie Crossley was born on 5 December 1921 in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹ As of after 1935,her married name was Bagwell.¹ She married Troy Virgil Bagwell Sr., son of Boyce Wilkins Bagwell and Hattie Kate Francis, after 1935.¹ Nellie Crossley died on 25 September 2012 in Roebuck, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 90 Nellie (Crossley) Bagwell, 90, wife of the late Troy V. Bagwell, Sr. died Wednesday, April 25, 2012.

Mrs. Bagwell was born on December 5, 1921 to the late Jesse Enoch and Minnie Lou (Mabrey) Crossley, in Spartanburg SC.

She was a 1942 graduate of Spartanburg High School, had retired from Arkwright Mills and was the oldest member of Stone Station Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bagwell is survived by two daughters, Barbara Ann LaBoone (Wayne) of Boiling Springs, Jolene Galloway (Walker) of Moore; two sons, Troy Bagwell Jr. (Elaine) of Roebuck, Billy Bagwell of Roebuck; and a sister, Ruth Gibson of Glendale. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Bertie Mae Blackwell, Mary Crossley, and a brother, JB Crossley.

The family received friends 1:00-2:00 PM, Friday, April 27, 2012 at Dunbar Funeral Home. A funeral service followed in the chapel at 2:00 PM conducted by the Rev. Rob Gouge and Rev. Tim Hackett.

Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.

     Vessie Monroe Bagwell was born on 5 September 1922 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹ He was the son of William Steadman Bagwell and Clara Brown. Vessie Monroe Bagwell married Jewell Elizabeth Griffin after 1940. He enlisted in 6 December 1942 in the United States Army during World War II.¹ Vessie Monroe Bagwell died on 8 April 2000 in Clifton, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 77.¹ He was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹

     Jewell Elizabeth Griffin was born on 2 September 1928. As of after 1940,her married name was Bagwell. She married Vessie Monroe Bagwell, son of William Steadman Bagwell and Clara Brown, after 1940. Jewell Elizabeth Griffin died on 17 January 2015 in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 86. She was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina;
Mrs. Jewell Elizabeth Griffin Bagwell, age 86, died peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Vessie Monroe Bagwell, who preceded her in death in April, 2000.

Mrs. Bagwell was born September 2, 1928 in Lancaster, SC, a daughter of the late Viola Warren Griffin and Charles Griffin. She was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Bagwell was a textile worker with Clifton Manufacturing Company until the mills closed. She continued to work part-time in the deli at Ingles until retirement.

She is survived by one daughter, Lynda Loving and husband, Pat of Covington, VA; a son, Ronnie Bagwell and wife, Peggy of Clifton, a daughter-in-law, Wanda Bagwell of Cowpens, a sister, Florence Cromer of Lexington, SC; grandchildren, Crystal McKinney Meadows and husband Paul, Heath Bagwell and wife Tina, Michael McKinney, Brad Bagwell, Matt Bagwell, Melissa Van Emon, Lisa Burnette, Ann Leroy and Scott Teal; 16 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Vessie Bagwell, she was preceded in death by a son, Roger Dale Bagwell in November 2014, a great grandson, Jacob Tucker Bagwell and a sister, Doris McManus.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by Pastor Tim Hackett, Pastor David Frost, and Pastor John Howle. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Heath Bagwell, Michael McKinney, Brad Bagwell, Matt Bagwell, A.J. Bagwell, and Paul Meadows.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at 11:00 – 11:45 AM. At other times, the family will be at the Bagwell home, located at 171 S. Middle Street, Clifton, SC 29307.

     Harriet R. Dobbins was born circa 1834 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. As of before 1855,her married name was Bagwell. She married Berry Washington Bagwell, son of Wiley Hays Bagwell and Rebecca Taft, before 1855.

     Wiley H. Bagwell was also known as Berry Bagwell.¹ He was born on 8 March 1854 in Reidville Township, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.^2,1 He was the son of Berry Washington Bagwell and Harriet R. Dobbins. Wiley H. Bagwell married Pernecia R. Ozella before 1873. Wiley H. Bagwell died on 1 February 1915 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 60.² He was buried at Center Point Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Moore, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.²

     Mary M. Bagwell was born in 1857. She was the daughter of Berry Washington Bagwell and Harriet R. Dobbins.

     Berry Washington Bagwell Jr. was born on 19 April 1862 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹ He was the son of Berry Washington Bagwell and Harriet R. Dobbins. Berry Washington Bagwell Jr. married Cassie Tabitha Barker before 1882. Berry Washington Bagwell Jr. died on 15 November 1920 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, at age 58.¹ He was buried at Duncan First Baptist Church Cemetery, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹
