RUSTON, La., March 13 - (Special) -- Funeral services for Dock Bagwell, who died in a Monroe hospital Wednesday at 6:25 pm, will be held at the Fellowship Baptist Church near Dubach Friday at 10 am. The Rev. E. L. Tanner will conduct the service. Interment will be in the Fellowship Cemetery. Bagwell, who as 78, was a resident of West Monroe.

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Dorothy Roberts, 78, will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at Woodridge Baptist Church. Officiating will be Dr. T. Floyd Davis, pastor of Woodridge Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2001 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel.
Mrs. Roberts, a native of Dubach, LA and 45 year resident of Shreveport, LA, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2001 in Shreveport, LA. She was a member of Woodridge Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Roberts; parents, W. O. and Harvey Bagwell; and sister, Ruthelle "Ruth" Bagwell Watts Huffman.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by one daughter, Jackie Forti and husband, Ken of Kennsington, MD; two sons, *Bo Roberts and wife, Ellen and Cliff Roberts and wife, Eva, all of Shreveport, LA; three sisters, Esteen Emmanuel of Denham Springs, LA, Vickie Faison and husband, Dee of Port Orchard, WA and Frankie
Stephenson of Hico, LA; brother, W.O. Bagwell, Jr. and wife, Mary Alice of Dubach, LA; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Roberts, Mackie Barch, Ryan Roberts, Myles Roberts, Justin Barch, Callie Roberts, and Brett Roberts; and two very special friends, Lucille Caskey and Mabel Gardner who meant the world to Dorothy.
Pallbearers will be Mackie Barch, Ryan Roberts, Myles Roberts, Justin Barch, Brett Roberts, Billy Grisham, Henry Watts, James Ray Watts, Don Emmanuel, and Barry Bagwell.

Funeral services for Mrs. Virgie Bagwell (Vickie) Faison, age 86 of Port Orchard, WA, formerly of Shreveport, LA will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Dubach, LA with Rev. Paul Watts and Bo Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Fellowship Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Mrs. Faison was born February 2, 1926 in Dubach, LA to William Oran Bagwell and Harvey Bell Anderson Bagwell. She died October 26, 2012 in Bremerton, WA.

She was a cosmetologist by trade and loved her profession and her customers. Mrs. Faison was a very social person and was known to be a true Southern Lady. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading her Bible and attending her church.

Mrs. Faison is survived by her husband of 46 years: Rufus D. Faison; her children Jeanette Holloway and Larry Holloway and wife Mary Jean; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; her brother: W.O. Bagwell and wife Mary Alice; her sister: Frankie Stephenson as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for Warren E. [sic G.] Holloway, 38, Ruston service station operator, who died Sunday morning following a heart attack Saturday. Mr. Holloway was a lifelong Ruston resident and a World War II army veteran.

Services were held in the Kilpatrick chapel with Rev. Davis of the Church of God officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Grove cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mr. Holloway is survived by one son, Larry Holloway, Minden; one daughter, Jeannette Holloway, Minden; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ige Holloway, Ruston; three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Theodos, Mrs. Dorothy Faye Flowers and Mrs. Shirley Ann [Roth?], all of Ruston; and brothers, Charles Holloway, Marvin Holloway, Minden and J. V. Holloway, both of Ruston, J. R. Holloway, Monroe.

Virgie Parker Kiser Bagwell, 81, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Memorial University Medical Center. She was born in Gainesville, GA, daughter of the late Joe W. and Sarah Loretta Christopher Parker.
For many years, Mrs. Bagwell resided in Toccoa, GA where she was employed at Patterson Pump. She later moved to Savannah and retired as an Engineering Assistant from Great Dane Trailers. She loved to travel, was an accomplished artist and above all was and adoring wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving is her husband of 23 years, Don Bagwell of Savannah; three sons and daughters-in-law, Tony Kiser (Tomi) of Bishop, GA; Joe Kiser, Jr. (Kim) of Toccoa, GA; Tim Kiser (Christine) of Lebanon, TN; two sisters, Janice Lingerfelt and Linda Stephens; nine grandchildren and one future great granddaughter.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Remembrances may be made in memory of Mrs. Bagwell to the American Heart Association.
