     Glenn Gispon Watkins Jr. was born on 7 February 1922 in East Point, Fulton County, Georgia. He married Daisy Lou Mills in August 1948 at Brinson, Decatur County, Georgia. Glenn Gispon Watkins Jr. died on 14 February 1997 in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia, at age 75.

     Daisy Lou Mills was born on 30 March 1927 in Brinson, Decatur County, Georgia. As of August 1948,her married name was Watkins. She was buried on 16 December 1932 at Greenwood Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia.

     James Arnold Bagwell was born on 7 December 1920 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. He was the son of Hubert Lee Bagwell and Kate Lea Corn. James Arnold Bagwell married Patricia (?) circa 1946. James Arnold Bagwell married Mildred Hughes circa 1965. James Arnold Bagwell died on 15 April 1998 in Salem City, Virginia, at age 77. He was buried on 18 April 1998 at Sherwood Burial Park, Salem, Salem City, Virginia.

As of after 1965,her married name was Holtzclaw. Mary Kathryn Bagwell married Olin Holtzclaw after 1965. Mary Kathryn Bagwell died on 24 August 2024 in Cherokee County, Georgia, at age 77


Mary Kathryn Bagwell Holtzclaw, age 77 of the Macedonia Community, passed
away Saturday, August 24, 2024. Born on March 2, 1947, Kathryn enjoyed
spending time with her family and friends – especially her “hens”. A lifelong
member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Kathryn accepted Jesus as her Lord and
Savior when she was 10 years old.
Predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Olin Holtzclaw, she was also preceded in
death by her parents, C.G. and Derotha Bagwell, and her father-in-law and
mother-in-law, W.J. (Junior) and Louise Holtzclaw.
Survivors include her daughters Lynn Holtzclaw, and Shelley (Joey) Stewart,
grandchildren Blake Sheldon, Lauren Brock, Levi (Amber) Stewart, Walter Stewart
and Jessip Stewart, and great-grandson Jasper Stewart. She is also survived by
her brother Marshall (Annelle) Bagwell, sister-in-law Carol Carnes, and numerous
nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Monday, August 26 th
from 11 AM-8 PM and on Tuesday, August 27 th from 11 AM-1:30 PM. The service
will follow at 2 PM in the Darby Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Levi,
Walter and Jessip Stewart, Blake Sheldon, Marshall Bagwell and Kaleb Martin.
The burial will follow in Macedonia Memorial Park.
The Staff of Darby Funeral Home is honored to serve the Holtzclaw Family.
