Sara B. Hanvey, age 83, of Clinton, SC, wife of Hoyt R. Hanvey for 63 years, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at her home.
She was born October 14, 1937 in Anderson and was the daughter of the late Aaron and Eunice Gambrell Bagwell. She was a 1955 graduate of Ford High School. She worked as the secretary for 22 years at Ford School, before joining her husband at Hoyt Hanvey Jewelers. She was an active member at Bellview Baptist Church, and she deeply loved her family.
Mrs. Hanvey is survived by her daughters, Angela Hanvey McKittrick (David), Julie Hanvey Wofford (Chris), and Lucy Hanvey Marshall (Eddie), her seven grandchildren, Ginny Leigh McKittrick, Michael McKittrick, Matthew McKittrick, Claire Marshall, Kate Marshall, Zack Wofford, and Adam Wofford; her two great-grandchildren, Kaylen McKittrick, and Colby Crowder.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, David and Joann Bagwell, and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Maxine, and Sam Compton.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 11 AM at Bellview Baptist Church with burial to take place at Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bellview Baptist Church, 757 Bellview Church Road, Laurens, SC 29360.

     Jean Marie Williams was born on 15 March 1947 in Valentine, Cherry County, Nebraska. As of 25 October 1969,her married name was Bagwell. She married Ronald L. Bagwell, son of David Aaron Bagwell Sr. and JoAnne Padgett, on 25 October 1969. Jean Marie Williams died on 31 May 2020 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at age 73


Jean Marie (Williams) Bagwell was born March 15, 1947 in Valentine, NE. to Julia (Borszich) and Lloyd Williams. She received her early education in Crookston Elementary School and then attended high school in Valentine. She graduated with the class of 1965.

Jean married Ronald Bagwell in Lincoln, NE on October 25, 1969. This union was blessed with two children; Bob and Pam. Ron and Jean raised their family in Valentine and then moved to Grand Island, NE in 1990.

She was a member of First Faith Methodist Church in Grand Island. Jean enjoyed sewing, cooking, painting and crocheting. Her fried chicken couldn’t be beat and was a family favorite.

Jean passed away May 31, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island. She was preceded in death by her mother Julia Holbrook, father Lloyd Williams, step-father Gordon Holbrook, sister Carol Schwanz, and brother Harold Williams. She is survived by husband Ronald of Grand Island, NE, son Robert Bagwell of Lincoln, daughter Pam (Scott) Battershaw of Valentine, NE, grandchildren, Carson Bagwell, Jeff (Becky) Wrage, AJ Wrage, James Battershaw, Jarrett Battershaw and great granddaughter Brenlee Wrage. Also surviving are sisters Bev (Johnny) Zahl and Connie (John) Schaefer all of North Platte.

Graveside service was held on Saturday, June 6th at 11:00 AM at the Crookston Cemetery in Crookston. Sandoz Chapel of the Pines is in charge of service arrangements.


She was buried on 6 June 2020 at Crookston Cemetery, Crookston, Cherry County, Nebraska.

Stacy Elizabeth Bagwell LEESVILLE - Stacy Elizabeth Bagwell, 12, of Leesville, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 6, at Convent Baptist Church with internment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends after the service. Stacy was born at Lexington Medical Center, daughter of James Ellis Bagwell III and Holly Ashley Walker Bagwell. She was a member of Convent Baptist Church, where she was an active member of the youth program. She loved to play soccer, sing, dance, and do arts and crafts. Marciea Deann Berg died on 18 February 2020 in Nevada, Texas, at age 51


Marciea Bagwell, age 51, of Nevada, TX, passed away on February 18, 2020. She was born March 29, 1968, in Sioux City, IA, to Marvin Dean Berg and Sylvia Marie (Beltz) Berg. Marciea was a cofounder of My Fostering Hope, an organization that collected toys and clothes for children. She was also very active with the Special Olympics with her daughter. She will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her.

Marciea is survived by her mother: Sylvia Berg of Nevada, TX; daughter: Tessa Berg of Nevada, TX; grandchildren: Banon, Brayden, Asher-Dean, and Waylon; sisters: Gina Oliver and husband Lyle of Nevada, TX; Beth Harms of Wylie, TX; Brenda Bennett of Nevada, TX; nieces: Kristi Price, and Zuri Berg; nephews: Jeramey Price, and Richard Clark. She was preceded in death by her father: Marvin Berg.

A celebration of Marciea’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2020, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location, officiated by Pastor Don Kearby.
