     Rachel Jane Grant was born on 30 October 1858 in Gabarus, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia, Canada. As of after 1876,her married name was Bagnell. She married Joseph Walter Bagnell, son of Henry Bagnell and Elizabeth Armstrong, after 1876. Rachel Jane Grant died on 22 March 1939 in Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at age 80.

     John Arthur Kendall Bagnell was born on 30 November 1888 in Novia Scotia, Canada. He was the son of Joseph Walter Bagnell and Rachel Jane Grant. John Arthur Kendall Bagnell married Theo Eulalia Townsend after 1900. John Arthur Kendall Bagnell died on 26 February 1964 in Concord, New Hampshire, at age 75. He was buried at Harmony Grove Cemetery, Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.

     Theo Eulalia Townsend was born on 30 December 1886 in Limerick, York County, Maine. As of after 1900,her married name was Bagnell. She married John Arthur Kendall Bagnell, son of Joseph Walter Bagnell and Rachel Jane Grant, after 1900. Theo Eulalia Townsend died on 10 August 1965 in Methuen, Essex County, Massachusetts, at age 78. She was buried at Harmony Grove Cemetery, Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.

     John Arthur Kendall Bagnell Jr. was born on 20 May 1914 in Kennebunk, York County, Maine. He was the son of John Arthur Kendall Bagnell and Theo Eulalia Townsend. John Arthur Kendall Bagnell Jr. married Jeannie Meikle after 1935. John Arthur Kendall Bagnell Jr. died on 30 December 1987 in Orlando, Orange County, Florida, at age 73. He was buried at Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, New Hampshire.

     Jeannie Meikle was born on 30 July 1918 in Manchester, New Hampshire. As of after 1935,her married name was Bagnell. She married John Arthur Kendall Bagnell Jr., son of John Arthur Kendall Bagnell and Theo Eulalia Townsend, after 1935. Jeannie Meikle died on 26 February 2010 in Palm Bay, Brevard County, Florida, at age 91. She was buried at Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, New Hampshire.

     Exie Hazel Conrad was born on 9 February 1915 in Orlando, Lewis County, West Virginia. As of 30 September 1939,her married name was Bagwell. She married Ernest LeRoy Bagwell, son of Arlo Bagwell and Mona May Ice, on 30 September 1939 at Montgomery County, Virginia. Her married name was Post. Exie Hazel Conrad married Charles Alonzo Post. Exie Hazel Conrad died on 2 May 1995 in Charleston, Kanahwa County, West County, at age 80.

     Louis Elaine Bagwell is the daughter of Ernest LeRoy Bagwell and Exie Hazel Conrad. Louis Elaine Bagwell married Austin Herbert Taylor in 1958 at Lewis, West County.

     Austin Herbert Taylor married Louis Elaine Bagwell, daughter of Ernest LeRoy Bagwell and Exie Hazel Conrad, in 1958 at Lewis, West County.

     Daniel Bagwell is the son of Ernest LeRoy Bagwell and Exie Hazel Conrad.

     Charles Alonzo Post was born on 6 September 1911 in Copen, Braxton County, West Virginia. He married Exie Hazel Conrad. Charles Alonzo Post died on 5 March 1950 in Weston, Lewis County, West Virginia, at age 38.

     Nancy Lynn Aspinall was born on 11 May 1948 in Weston, Lewis County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of Clarence M. Aspinall and Edythe Camilla Kerigan. Nancy Lynn Aspinall died on 28 September 2025 in Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia, at age 77


Nancy Lynn Aspinall, 77, of Fairmont, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born on May 11, 1948 in Weston, WV, the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Edythe C. Kerrigan Aspinall Bagwell.

Nancy was a 1966 graduate of Weston High School and a faithful member of Benton’s Ferry United Methodist Church, where she served as the treasurer for many years. She also served as the Administrative Secretary for over 45 years with the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed cooking, crafting, word games, and puzzles.

She is survived by her loving son, Michael Aspinall of Fairmont, brothers, Charlie Aspinall and partner Fonda Bush of Weston, James Bagwell and wife Carolyn of Fairmont, Ronald Bagwell and wife Ruth of Fairmont, sisters, Wanda Fultz of Frederick, MD, Diana Conner of Fairmont, Jackie Kovack and husband Michael of Rivesville, and brother-in-law, Dallas “Junior” Goddard of Wileyville, WV, as well as several nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her church family and dog, Layla.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother-in-laws, Morris Fultz and George Conner, sister, Patricia Goddard, sister-in-law, Brenda Bagwell, and nephews, Jason Goddard, Michael "Joey" Kovack, and Robbie Kovack.

Memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s name to the Benton’s Ferry United Methodist Church, 1023 Riverview Drive, Pleasant Valley, WV 26554.

The family has entrusted the arrangements to the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont. Friends will be received on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 6 pm until 8 pm and again on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 10 am until 11 am. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday with Reverend Jackie Chambers and Reverend Andrew Tennant officiating.      Brenda K. (?) was born in March 1957. As of after 1975,her married name was Bagwell. She married Ronald L. Bagwell, son of Ernest LeRoy Bagwell and Edythe Camilla Kerigan, after 1975. Brenda K. (?) died on 2 March 2005.

     Ruth (?) married Ronald L. Bagwell, son of Ernest LeRoy Bagwell and Edythe Camilla Kerigan, before 2025.

     Wilson Hardy Bagwell was born in October 1938. He was the son of Allen Marion Monroe Bagwell and Nora Bell Guganus. Wilson Hardy Bagwell married Teresa Stanley circa 1974. Wilson Hardy Bagwell died on 2 October 2025 in UAB Hospital, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama,


Wilson Bagwell, age 86 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at UAB Hospital.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Dovertown Church of Christ Cemetery. Rob Gurganus will officiate.

Mr. Bagwell was preceded in death by his Parents-Allen Bagwell and Nona Bagwell; Jimmy Bagwell, George Bagwell, Cassie Bagwell.

He is survived by his Wife of almost 50 years-Teresa Stanley Bagwell; Son-Danny Bagwell (Raye); Daughter-Kristy Cox (Brandon); Grandkids-Josh Bagwell (Keri), Amanda Sherer (Andrew), Jessica Bagwell, Connor Cox, and Kailea Cox; Great Grandkids-Kohen Bagwell, Brynnly Sherer; Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Danny Bagwell, Brandon Cox, Josh Bagwell, Jeff Tyler, Connor Cox, and Corey Pierce.


He was buried on 5 October 2025 at Dovertown Church of Christ Cemetery, Dovertown, Walker County, Alabama.
