Funeral services for Elise Bagwell Webb, 90, of Cornelia, were held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, with Dr. Eric Spivey and Dr. Brian James officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery in Alpharetta.

Mrs. Webb passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2018.

Born on June 19, 1928, in Forsyth County, Mrs. Webb was a daughter of the late James Franklin and Susie Owens Bagwell. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Webb, and daughter, Elaine Diane Webb.

She was a graduate of Cumming High School and a homemaker. Mrs. Webb was a member of First Baptist Church of Cornelia, where she was a part of the Joy Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 201, Alpharetta, and the Historical Society of Alpharetta.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Gerald Watkins of Cornelia; sister, Edith Cathcart of St. Augustine, Florida; grandson and spouse, Ethan and Taylor Watkins; and great-granddaughter, Kori Watkins.
