Norman was preceded in death by his parents Wade and Thelma Bagwell and one sister Jackie Hughes.
Graveside Services for Norman are scheduled for Tuesday, April 3, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at Warren Cemetery, Warren Oklahoma.
