He was a loving son, father and grandfather. Buck served in the US Airforce before being honorably discharged and served as an auxiliary officer and paramedic for Fultondale, AL. He retired from Bagwell Auto Parts after 45 years of service where he served as a manager. Buck was preceded in death by his father, B. A. Bagwell, Sr. and his son, Bryan Bagwell. He is survived by his wife of over 20 years, Patricia Bagwell; daughter, Autumn Walton Goodall (Steven); Mother, Frances Bagwell; brother, William Bagwell; grandchildren, Hannah and Abigail Walton, Caleb, Jacob, and Quinn Goodall; nieces, Susan Kittle (Lee) and Jennifer Arnold (Zac). A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24th at Jefferson Memorial Chapel in Trussville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers please donate to the American Diabetes Association.

Geneva Gertrude "Gert" Gregory died on 7 January 2017 in Pickens County, South Carolina, at age 81 January 7, 2017, 81-year-old Geneva Gertrude Bagwell passed away at home with her daughter, son in law, and granddaughter by her side. She was born in Franklin, North Carolina to George W. Gregory and Stella Gregory. Everyone knew her as Gert.
Gert enjoyed working in her garden, cooking, doing word search books, and spending time with her granddaughter Hunter Green. She loved sharing vegetables from her garden with everyone and cooking food and sharing with her friends & neighbor Conethel, Cooter, Lee & Lisa. Christmas time she made her well known fudge for everyone with love & a big smile. She had many jobs in her life time but the last place she worked was at Sangamo.
Survivors include daughter, Diane Green; Son-In-Law David Green & Grand Daughter Hunter Green of Pickens, South Carolina, and Lisa Hudson & Lee Hudson (which she loved as if they were her own children). Brothers Lona (Sonny boy) Gregory of Tennessee and Ronald (Bitty Fella) Gregory of South Carolina. Sister-in Law & Best Friend Mabel Gregory of Franklin, NC. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by husband, John Harold Bagwell, son, James (Pee Wee) Gregory. Brothers (Gilm & Dick), sisters (Bet, Lorene, Sit & Evelyn).

ARROYO CITY /WESLACO, TX. - Ronald Gene Bagwell, 68, passed away Monday December 26, 2011 at Aurora House in Weslaco. He was born October 6, 1943 in Weslaco, Texas. In his earlier years, he spent his time hunting, fishing and stock car oval track racing in various Texas cities and at Edinburg and McAllen Speedways. He, along with his son Warren worked endlessly, repairing and refurbishing the cars so that they could race every weekend.
He is preceded in death by his parents J.T. & Mildred Bagwell, and is survived by his wife Bobbie P. Bagwell of Arroyo City, three sons Ronald (Andrea) Bagwell, Jr. of El Campo, TX, Robert (Sandra) Bagwell of Sharyland, Warren (Sherri) Bagwell of Weslaco; a brother Larry (Susan) Bagwell of Pike Creek, TX; a sister Dorothy Woessner of Novato, CA; his grandchildren Kaitlynn, Bailey, Jenna, Nicole, Ryan.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Odyssey Hospice and Aurora House in Weslaco for their support and kindness while caring for Ronald.

Opal Louise Bagwell Bordelon (Ouija, DeeDee) died on April 25, 2008. She was born April 4, 1929, in Calico Rock, Arkansas, the oldest child of Mary and Haywood Bagwell.

She moved to San Antonio with her parents as a toddler. She attended the Alamo Heights public schools but missed her 1946 high school graduation, which was cancelled because of a polio epidemic. She attended Baylor University and graduated from Incarnate Word University. She taught Texas History in the Northeast Independent School District for many years and retired in 1993.

Ouija was predeceased by her husband, Raymond F. Bordelon; her parents, Mary and Haywood Bagwell; and a sister, Mary Jane Fuller. She is survived by many loving family members: sons Raymond F. Bordelon, Jr., and wife Mary, David Bordelon and wife Shelby; daughter Elizabeth Lollar and husband Jerry; sister Linda Kennedy and husband John; grandchildren Shannon and Kyle Lollar; step-grandchildren Christine McLemore and Stephanie Wiater; nephews Charles Kerr, Michael Brown, and Harlan Kennedy; nieces Mary Howard and Elizabeth Zamorano; six great-nieces and nephews, and three great-great nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered for her generosity, giving spirit, dedication to family and love of life. Ouija possessed the gift of seeing joy in everyday events and making little miracles for everyone she touched. Her love knew no bounds.1

She was buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.1
