     David Kyle Bagwell is the son of Arvel Dean Bagwell and Dorothy Lillian Brumm. David Kyle Bagwell married June Marie Chamley in June 1991.

     Pamela Ruth Bagwell is the daughter of Arvel Dean Bagwell and Dorothy Lillian Brumm.

     Lillian Viola Hensen was born circa 1903. As of before 1938,her married name was Bagwell. She married Charles Cansler Bagwell, son of William Lee Bagwell and Jerusha Malinda Haynes, before 1938. Lillian Viola Hensen died on 17 January 1992 in Brooks, Georgia.

     Charles Cansler Bagwell Jr. was born on 27 February 1938 in Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina. He was the son of Charles Cansler Bagwell and Lillian Viola Hensen. Charles Cansler Bagwell Jr. married Martha Angelyn Alford on 25 June 1960 at Columbus, Georgia. Charles Cansler Bagwell Jr. died on 28 March 2025 in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, at age 87. He was cremated.

     Martha Angelyn Alford married Charles Cansler Bagwell Jr., son of Charles Cansler Bagwell and Lillian Viola Hensen, on 25 June 1960 at Columbus, Georgia.

     Martha Adair Bagwell was born on 24 December 1933. She was the daughter of Charles Cansler Bagwell and Lillian Viola Hensen. As of after 1951,her married name was Klaus. Martha Adair Bagwell married (?) Klaus after 1951. Martha Adair Bagwell died on 8 October 2002 at age 68. She was buried at Parkhill Cemetery, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia.

     Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell is the son of Clyde Vause Bagwell. Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell married Deborah Ann Reid on 25 June 1976 at Cumming, Georgia. Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell married Hope McDowell on 23 May 1983 at South Carolina. Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell and Hope McDowell were divorced on 10 December 1984 at Guilford, North Carolina.

     Deborah Ann Reid was born on 23 December 1957 in Georgia. As of 25 June 1976,her married name was Bagwell. She married Reverend Jeffrey Lynn Bagwell, son of Clyde Vause Bagwell, on 25 June 1976 at Cumming, Georgia. Deborah Ann Reid died on 14 February 2013 in Cleveland, White County, Georgia, at age 55


Mrs. Debbie Reid O'Donnell of Cleveland, formerly of Cumming, passed away Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013. She was 55.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ola and J. Harold Reid and Floy and Jewell Bannister; mother, Wynette Reid; and stepbrother, Brad Threatt.

Survivors include her husband, Mark O'Donnell; daughter and son-in-law, Jodi and Michael Stull; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Allie Bagwell; and two beautiful grandchildren, Kaden and Macy Bagwell; stepson, Stephen O'Donnell, her father and his wife, Dow and Joyce Reid; sisters and their husbands, Rocky and Richard Rabun and Jennifer and Audie Lord; stepsister and husband, Michelle and Jamie Stancil; brother and his wife, Tim and Pam Reid and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mrs. O'Donnell's wishes were to be cremated and no public services are planned at this time.

It is requested that memorial donations be made in loving memory of Debbie O'Donnell to the ASPCA or the Humane Society.

Bagwell and Mary Alice Tumblin, on 2 July 1921 at Laurens County, South Carolina. Mary Jane McGlohon died in 1926. She was buried at Lambs Chapel Cemetery, Sawinsboro, Emanuel County, Georgia.

     Samuel Bagwell was born on 6 March 1922 in Laurens County, South Carolina. He was the son of Samuel Erskine Bagwell and Mary Jane McGlohon. Samuel Bagwell married Vera E. Redd before 1940. Samuel Bagwell died on 14 April 2002 in Bath, South Carolina, at age 80. He was buried at Sunset Memory Gardens, Graniteville, Aiken County, South Carolina.

     Carlton Bagwell is the son of Samuel Erskine Bagwell and Mary Jane McGlohon.

     Vera E. Redd was born on 19 September 1923 in South Carolina. As of before 1940,her married name was Bagwell. She married Samuel Bagwell, son of Samuel Erskine Bagwell and Mary Jane McGlohon, before 1940. Vera E. Redd died on 22 April 1984 in Dekalb County, Georgia, at age 60. She was buried at Sunset Memory Gardens, Graniteville, Aiken County, South Carolina.

     Mary Linda Bagwell is the daughter of Samuel Bagwell and Vera E. Redd. Mary Linda Bagwell married Ray Lamb after 1961.

     James R. Bagwell is the son of Samuel Bagwell and Vera E. Redd. James R. Bagwell married Patsy (?) after 1961.

     Walter R. Bagwell was born on 27 January 1943 in South Carolina. He was the son of Samuel Bagwell and Vera E. Redd. Walter R. Bagwell married Martha Murrell after 1962. Walter R. Bagwell died on 23 December 2024 in Aiken, South Carolina, at age 81

Mr. Walter R. “Ronnie” Bagwell, 81, of Aiken, beloved husband of thirty-eight years to Martha Murrell Bagwell, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 23, 2024, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his family.

A lifelong area resident, he was the son of the late Samuel “Sam” and Vera Redd Bagwell. Ronnie proudly and with honor served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from the Gregg Division of the Graniteville Company with twenty-five years of service.

Ronnie loved life and lived it to the fullest. He loved youth sports and formerly coached and umpired. He was happiest when he was cheering on his beloved Gamecocks, keeping his yard immaculate, or shooting a game of pool. However, nothing made him happier than spending time with his family. Ronnie was well known for his tomatoes and collards.

Along with his wife, Martha, Ronnie is also loved, and missed and will always be in the hearts of his children, Walt (Juan) Bagwell and Wendi (Ronald) Reeves; siblings, Linda (Ray) Lamb, Jimmy (Patsy) Bagwell and Judy Duncan, grandchildren, Sonya (Joseph) Bennington, Trevor (Ashley) Herron, Travis (Skylar) Courtney, Chase Reeves, Hunter (Kaitlin) Hutto, Trenton Taylor, Dylan (Paige Lain) Reeves, Camden Taylor and Lucy Cockrell, great-grandchildren, Nevin Bennington, Finley Courtney, Grayson Reeves, Atison Herron and Waylon Taylor.

Ronnie was preceded in death by a son, David Hutto, a daughter, Tricia Herron, and a brother-in-law, Eddie Duncan.

The family will greet friends on Saturday, December 28, 2024, beginning at 11 o’clock at Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1 o’clock at the church. Pastors Stephen Phillips, Jonathan Randall and Rick Stokley will officiate. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as Pallbearers will be Larry Davis, Trevor Herron, Hunter Hutto, Travis Courtney, Chase Reeves, Trenton Taylor, Dylan Reeves, and Camden Taylor. Honorary Pallbearers will be the past ball players that Ronnie coached.

The kind and compassionate care provided to Ronnie by Trinity Home Health and Hospice of Aiken is sincerely appreciated by the family.
