Thomas Edward Feeney graduated in 1961 at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, with a degree in Adminstration. He married Mary Ann Engle, daughter of Leonard Howard Engle and Norma Isabelle Hullinger, on 1 September 1962 at St. Therese - Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana.^1,2 Thomas Edward Feeney graduated circa 1966 at University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, with a Master's of Business Administration. He and Mary Ann Engle were divorced on 24 November 1975. Thomas Edward Feeney married Priscilla Bass Meek, daughter of James Finley Meek and Juliet Elizabeth Bass, on 12 December 1975 at Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
