     Emma Missouri Mixon was born on 12 November 1868 in Coffee County, Alabama.¹ As of 30 December 1886,her married name was Hildreth. She married George Travis Hildreth, son of Travis Zaccheus Hildreth and Elizabeth Samantha Hayes, on 30 December 1886. Emma Missouri Mixon died on 5 October 1943 in Coffee County, Alabama, at age 74.¹ She was buried at Brundidge City Cemetery, Brundidge, Pike County, Alabama.¹
