As of before 1919,her married name was Hunter. Jessie Belle Bagwell married Eugene C. As of before 1908,her married name was Smallwood. Ethel Lee Bagwell married Richard Smallwood before 1908.      Helon Rebecca Bagwell was born on 26 October 1916 in Carrollton, Alabama. She was the daughter of James Wiley Bagwell and Martha Ann Alma Holman. As of 12 August 1940,her married name was Mathews. Helon Rebecca Bagwell married Andrew Hobson Mathews on 12 August 1940. Helon Rebecca Bagwell died on 7 January 2014 in Northport, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, at age 97. She was buried at Duncanville Cemetery, Duncanville, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

     Andrew Hobson Mathews married Helon Rebecca Bagwell, daughter of James Wiley Bagwell and Martha Ann Alma Holman, on 12 August 1940.

He was buried at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, Burlington County, New Jersey.

     Martha Frances Bagwell is the daughter of James Wiley Bagwell and Martha Ann Alma Holman. Martha Frances Bagwell married Bernard Polson. Martha Frances Bagwell married Robert A. Patterson in 1956.¹
