Vianna Bagwell, age 94 of Covington, formerly of Bradford, died Saturday, February 10, 2018 at her home. She was born June 24, 1923 to the late Orie & Luella (Michael) Longenecker in Darke Co, OH where she was also raised; a graduate of Franklin-Monroe High School; a member of the Bradford First Baptist Church; & she loved to sew.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband Carroll W. Bagwell in 2005; son, Byron Carroll Bagwell; granddaughter, Denae Enfinger; grandson, Christopher Ditmer; 3 brothers, Floyd, Emerson & Lowell Longenecker; & 3 sisters, Edith Stryker, Edna Schaurer & Naomi Hines.

Vianna is survived by her son, Dwaine Lee Bagwell of Covington; 3 daughters, Alice June Enfinger of San Antonio, TX, Joyce Ann (Terry R) Miller of New Madison & Dianna Sue (Marc) Foster of Bradford; 10 grandchildren, Nicole Enfinger of San Antonio, TX, Katie (Jack) Besecker of Versailles, Steven (Michelle) Ditmer of Arcanum, Derek (Kristen) Ditmer of Columbus, Jeff Ditmer of South Charleston, Susie (Michael) Smith of Branson, MO, Leslee (Jacob) Mercer of Troy, Megan Foster of Greenville, Caleb (CoraJo) Foster of Ludlow Falls & Carol Foster of Columbus; 9 great grandchildren, Brant Colton, Justin & Sean Besecker, Kaitlynn Litts, Jacob & Elliott Ditmer, Jackson, Evan & Corben Mercer; brother, Elmer (Delores) Longenecker of Piqua; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 10:30 am at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastors Mark Lynch & Caleb Foster officiating. Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington. Visitation will be held Tuesday 5-8 pm at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Bradford First Baptist Church, 134 W Walnut St, Bradford, OH 45308.      Joyce Ann Bagwell is the daughter of Carroll Weaver Bagwell and Vianna Longenecker. Joyce Ann Bagwell married Ronald Jay Ditmer on 2 September 1973.¹ Joyce Ann Bagwell and Ronald Jay Ditmer were divorced in 2002.¹ Joyce Ann Bagwell married Tarry Ronald Miller in 2006.¹

     Alice June Bagwell is the daughter of Carroll Weaver Bagwell and Vianna Longenecker. Alice June Bagwell married Dennis E. Enfinger on 24 May 1975.²

     Walter Curtis Stinebaugh was born on 24 September 1892 in Carroll County, Indiana. He married Olive Blanche Bagwell, daughter of Reverend Elihu Burton Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth Niswonger, on 20 April 1947. Walter Curtis Stinebaugh died in 1979 in North Manchester, Indiana.

Oliver Bagwell died on 8 March 1937 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, at age 70. He was buried at Evergreen Burial Park, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.

Althea Olive Bagwell died on 6 April 1996 in Russellville, Franklin County, Alabama, at age 84.² She was buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.²

     Edith Bernice Bagwell was born on 10 August 1913 in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.¹ She was the daughter of George Edward Bagwell and Julia Mae Willingham. As of 28 August 1939,her married name was Woodley. Edith Bernice Bagwell married Laurence Stephenson Woodley MD on 28 August 1939 at Jefferson County, Alabama. Edith Bernice Bagwell died on 30 August 2008 in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, at age 95.¹ She was buried at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park, Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.¹

     George Edward Bagwell Jr. was born on 9 February 1919. He was the son of George Edward Bagwell and Julia Mae Willingham. He was a Sergent in the US Army and was in an anti-aircraft unit in New Guinea. George Edward Bagwell Jr. died on 3 November 1973 in Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, at age 54.

     Albert Stanley Bagwell was born on 24 July 1920 in Alabama.² He was the son of George Edward Bagwell and Julia Mae Willingham. He served in the US Navy ADC during World War II and Korea. First Class Petty Officer, bombardier, gunner and mechanic on a patrol bomber at Pearl Harbor.

The President of the United States of America takes pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Flying Cross to Chief Aviation Machinist's Mate Albert S. Bagwell (NSN: 0-2726078), United States Navy, for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight in the Pacific Area from 23 March 1945 to 13 August 1945. Chief Bagwell completed twenty flights in a combat area where enemy anti-aircraft fire was expected to be effective or where enemy aircraft patrols usually occurred. His conduct throughout has distinguished him among those performing duties of the same character. Albert Stanley Bagwell married Effie Irene Olson on 13 September 1944 at California. Albert Stanley Bagwell and Effie Irene Olson were divorced in September 1970 at Los Angeles County, California. Albert Stanley Bagwell died on 8 February 1995 in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington, at age 74.² He was buried on 17 February 1995 at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.²

     Jack Shannon Bagwell was born on 31 July 1922 in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.² He was the son of George Edward Bagwell and Julia Mae Willingham. He served in the US Navy. Petty Officer, third class and stationed a Roosevelt Field, Terminal Island, California. He served from from 26 October 1942 to 7 December 1945 and from 8 Sep 1947 to 28 Aug 1955. Serving in World War II and Korea.² Jack Shannon Bagwell married Colleen Marie Leach after 1946.³ Jack Shannon Bagwell died on 9 March 1993 in Garden Grove, Orange County, California, at age 70.² He was buried at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, Riverside County, California.²

     Effie Irene Olson was born on 29 May 1919 in Minnesota.¹ As of 13 September 1944,her married name was Bagwell. She married Albert Stanley Bagwell, son of George Edward Bagwell and Julia Mae Willingham, on 13 September 1944 at California. Effie Irene Olson and Albert Stanley Bagwell were divorced in September 1970 at Los Angeles County, California. Effie Irene Olson died on 8 May 2008 in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, at age 88.¹ She was buried at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.¹
