BAGWELL William "Billy" P. Bagwell, of Fairfield, the beloved husband of Honorine Dujany Bagwell, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in New York, NY to the late William and Catherine Bagwell, he was a Fairfield resident for over twenty years. Billy was a graduate of the City College of New York and a member of the National Society of Pershing Rifles. He was also a lector at the Holy Family Church. Billy had a successful career in sales. He worked for companies such as Pitney Bowes, C.P. Bourg, A.B. Dick, Compugraphics and he was the owner of Convenient Graphics. Billy was a big fan of sports, especially basketball and horse racing. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Nicole Bagwell and her fiancé, Christopher Forrester of Wilmington, NC, Christina Bagwell of Fairfield and William Andrew Bagwell currently serving in the United States Navy in Pensacola, FL. He will also be missed by his sisters, Lorraine and Joan Bagwell of Sunnyside, NY; mother-in-law, Mary "Nene" Rhoad Dujany of Bridgeport; sister-in-law, Nannette Dujany Fatigate of Fairfield; nieces, Cathy Hirsch, Kelly-Anne Kellaher and Collette Fatigate; and nephews, Jonathan, Richie and Henri Fatigate and Jimmie Kellaher; and future grandson, Christopher William Forrester. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10 a.m. directly at Holy Family Church in Fairfield for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private.
