     James Walter Baughman was born on 29 June 1879 in Neodesha, Wilson County, Kansas.^1,2 He was the son of James McFee Baughman and Terressa Clarissa Tannahill.¹ James Walter Baughman died on 20 December 1980 in Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma, at age 101.² He was buried at White Rose Cemetery, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.²

     Etta Cleora Baughman was born on 4 July 1885 in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas. She was the daughter of James McFee Baughman and Terressa Clarissa Tannahill. Etta Cleora Baughman died on 19 August 1990 in Wentzville, St Charles County, Missouri, at age 105.

     Frederick White married Terressa Clarissa Tannahill on 7 November 1920. Frederick White and Terressa Clarissa Tannahill were divorced on 8 April 1921.

     Orlena Mills was born circa 1817 in Tennessee. She married Beverly Bagwell before 1844. Orlena Mills married James Spradling on 15 December 1850. Orlena Mills died on 8 February 1893 in Chautauqua County, Kansas.

     Theopolis Adolphus Bagwell was also known as Theopilus Bagwell. He was born in March 1848 in Hancock County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Beverly Bagwell and Orlena Mills. He was in the 9th Regiment, Tennessee Cavalry, Company D for the Union Army during the Civil War.¹ Theopolis Adolphus Bagwell married Albinia F. Thaxton on 16 September 1870 at Dade County, Missouri. Theopolis Adolphus Bagwell married Elinor (Ella) Keen on 7 June 1891 at Clay County, Texas. Theopolis Adolphus Bagwell died on 29 April 1921 in Cisco, Eastland County, Texas, at age 73.¹ He was buried at Hope Cemetery, Henrietta, Clay County, Texas.¹

     James Spradling was born circa 1803 in Tennessee. He married Mary Polly Carpenter on 10 June 1827. James Spradling married Orlena Mills on 15 December 1850. James Spradling died on 2 March 1876 in Claiborne County, Tennessee.

     Beverly Bagwell was born circa 1813 in South Carolina. He married Orlena Mills before 1844.

     Mary Polly Carpenter was born on 1 March 1806. She married James Spradling on 10 June 1827. Mary Polly Carpenter died on 5 August 1850 in Tennessee at age 44. She was buried at Spradling Cemetery, Claiborne County, Tennessee.

     J.F. McCLUNG married Lucinda (Cindy) Andeline Bagwell, daughter of William Jefferson Bagwell and Elizabeth Jane Solley, on 17 May 1887 at Scott County, Arkansas.

     Floyd Eugene Bagwell was born on 3 August 1911 in Lydia, Red River County, Texas.^1,2 He was the son of Elbert Franklin Bagwell and Ruth Almira Townsend.¹ Floyd Eugene Bagwell married Lois Chrystine Boggs before 1937.^3,4 Floyd Eugene Bagwell died on 17 March 1996 in McAllen, Hidalgo County, Texas, at age 84.^1,2 He was buried at South Park Cemetery, Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico.²

     Benny Carl Bagwell was born on 13 March 1936 in Frederick, Tillman County, Oklahoma.¹ He was the son of Raymond Madison Bagwell and Mattie Zoe Woodall. Benny Carl Bagwell married Yvonne Janice Huff on 30 July 1955 at Frederick, Tillman County, Oklahoma. Benny Carl Bagwell lived in 1987 in Houston, Texas. He owned and operated Bagwell Trucking Company. He died on 12 April 2003 at age 67

Benny Carl Bagwell, 67, of Jacinto City, passed away suddenly April 12, 2003. He was born March 13, 1936 in Frederick, Oklahoma to the late Raymond Madison and Mattie Zoe (Woodall) Bagwell. He lived in Frederick until moving to Houston in 1987. He owned and operated Bagwell Trucking Company.
He is survived by two daughters & sons-in law, Tanna & Don Dugan of Grapevine, Texas and Kim and Andy Hodges of Woodward, Oklahoma; brother & sister-in-law, Bill and Barbara Bagwell of Frederick, OK; six grandchildren, Branden & Trent Ballard, Keaton Dugan, Jada, Jaci and Braden Hodges; nephew, Bobby Bagwell and wife Carol Lynn; as well as a host of cousins and friends.
Memorial services were held April 15, 2003 in his home town of Frederick, Oklahoma and will be laid to rest in Frederick Memorial Cemetery.¹ He was buried at Frederick Memorial Cemetery, Oklahoma.¹

     Tana Ranea Bagwell is the daughter of Benny Carl Bagwell and Yvonne Janice Huff. Tana Ranea Bagwell married Larry Samuel Ballard on 26 May 1977 at Frederick, Oklahoma. Tana Ranea Bagwell married Don Dugan on 1 March 1988 at Harris County, Texas.

Bagwell married Ova M. Harpole on 24 February 1892 at Callahan County, Texas. Leonard T. Bagwell died on 23 October 1942 in Clyde, Callahan County, Texas, at age 72.¹ He was buried at Clyde Cemetery, Clyde, Callahan County, Texas.¹

     Ova M. Harpole was born on 23 April 1876 in Texas.¹ As of 24 February 1892,her married name was Bagwell. She married Leonard T. Bagwell, son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns, on 24 February 1892 at Callahan County, Texas. Ova M. Harpole died on 19 October 1933 in Taylor, Texas, at age 57.¹ She was buried at Clyde Cemetery, Clyde, Callahan County, Texas.¹

     Clyde Henry James Bagwell was also known as Clyde James Henry. He was born on 27 September 1903 in Texas.¹ He was the son of Leonard T. Bagwell and Ova M. Harpole. Clyde Henry James Bagwell married Zelma Sallie Johnston circa 1924. Clyde Henry James Bagwell died on 18 February 1990 in Texas at age 86.¹ He was buried at Hillside Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Snyder, Scurry County, Texas.¹

     Oscar Flim Bagwell was born on 16 August 1898 in Texas.¹ He was the son of Leonard T. Bagwell and Ova M. Harpole. Oscar Flim Bagwell married Janette Pearl Baulch before 1921. Oscar Flim Bagwell died on 1 February 1980 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, at age 81.¹ He was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.¹

     Claud Herbert Bagwell was born on 4 February 1893 in Cross Plains, Callahan County, Texas. He was the son of Leonard T. Bagwell and Ova M. Harpole. He was a Rivate First Class in the 54th Balloon Company, US Air Service during World War I. Claud Herbert Bagwell married Nancy Patience Austin on 14 December 1927. Claud Herbert Bagwell died on 22 November 1952 in Rotan, Fisher County, Texas, at age 59. He was buried at Belvieu Cemetery, Rotan, Fisher County, Texas.

     Larkin Madison Bagwell was born on 11 September 1873 in Armuchee, Floyd County, Georgia.¹ He was the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns. Larkin Madison Bagwell married Angelina Tidwell on 22 August 1898 at Hood County, Texas. Larkin Madison Bagwell married Lavada Elnora Martin on 4 May 1908. GARDEN CITY - Larken Madison Bagwell, 84, died suddenly at the home of his daughter in Garden City at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Mr. Bagwell had made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Retta Stephens, for the past three years.
Arrangements are pending, but the remains were taken in a Nalley Funeral coach to the Spill Funeral Home in Winters.
Mr. Bagwell was born Sept. 11, 1870, in Rome, Ga. He will be buried in the Bradshaw cemetery.
Surviving him are 11 daughters, Mrs. Ruby Little, Bradshaw, Mrs. Emma Little and Mrs. Mabel Little of San Antonio, Mrs. Josie Albright, Winters, Mrs. Lorennie Roberts, Mrs. Gathalee Stephens, Mrs. Erin Lovell, Mrs. Violet Wilkerson of Abilene, Mrs. Eva Dial, Carlsbad, N.M., Mrs. Retta Stephens, Garden City; one son, Luther Bagwell, Lovington, N.M; four brothers, Cliff Bagwell, Big Spring, Orb Bagwell, Bradshaw, and Mark Bagwell and Vergie Bagwell, Wichita Falls.
He also leaves 44 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.¹ He was buried at Bradshaw Cemetery, Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹

     William Leander Bagwell was born on 30 September 1871 in Georgia.¹ He was the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns. William Leander Bagwell married Kitty Lee Brock on 16 February 1893. William Leander Bagwell died on 6 December 1940 in Runnels, Texas, at age 69.¹ He was buried at Bradshaw Cemetery, Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹

     Clarence Hugene Bagwell was born on 6 December 1875 in Floyd Springs, Floyd County, Georgia.¹ He was the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns. Clarence Hugene Bagwell married Nannie Susan Hale on 14 January 1900. Clarence Hugene Bagwell died on 11 November 1949 in Loraine, Mitchell County, Texas, at age 73.¹ He was buried at Loraine Cemetery, Loraine, Mitchell County, Texas.¹

     Marcus Rowland (Mark) Bagwell was born on 7 February 1882 in Georgia.¹ He was the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns. Marcus Rowland (Mark) Bagwell was unmarried. He died on 8 January 1964 in Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas, at age 81.¹ He was buried at Bradshaw Cemetery, Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹

     Arbie Ishom Bagwell was born on 8 February 1885 in Granbury, Hood County, Texas.¹ He was the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns. Arbie Ishom Bagwell married Eddie Everline Mooty on 13 December 1910.² Arbie Ishom Bagwell died on 13 April 1968 in Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas, at age 83.¹ He was buried at Bradshaw Cemetery, Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹

     James Clifton "Cliff" Bagwell was born on 25 June 1887 in Texas.¹ He was the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns. He was a Private in the US Army, 98 Balloon Company, Aviation Section during World War 1.

The United States Army Balloon Squadrons, and companies organized under the Aviation Section, U.S. Signal Corps, and serving overseas with the United States Army Air Service, before and during World War I.

At the start of World War I, observation balloon units were organized into companies, squadrons, and wings. Each company was equipped with one balloon. Five companies comprised a squadron, and three squadrons made up a wing. By the end of the war 110 companies had been created. In the field Balloon companies were allotted to the ground units they supported as needed. In 1918 June, with squadron organization discontinued, company designations were numbered and organized into groups. Only 35 companies made it to France with the American Expeditionary Force (AEF). 17 companies served at the front, making 1,642 combat ascensions, while six other groups were en route to the front at the armistice. James Clifton "Cliff" Bagwell married Mabel Lucille Jones after 1920. Dies Here Sunday

James Cliften Bagwell, 68, who came here from Bradshaw about three years ago, died in his sleep early Sunday morning at his home at 1203 Sycamore.
Services were held at Nalley chapel at 10 a.m. Monday with Carrell Flynt, Church of Christ minister, officiating. The remains were taken to Winters for final rites and interment at 2:30 p.m. in the Bradshaw Cemetery.
Mr. Bagwell was born June 25, 1887, in Cross Plains and was a retired farmer. He was a long time member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Mabel Bagwell, Big Spring; one son, Don Bagwell, Big Spring; three brothers, Virge Bagwell, Wichita Falls, Mark Bagwell, Abilene, and A. Bagwell, Bradshaw.
Pallbearers were Wayne Hunt, Bob Irvin, Arthur Newby, Lance Ledbetter, Billy McCasland, L. H. Ryan, Byron Wood and Joe Buchannan.¹ He was buried at Bradshaw Cemetery, Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹

     A. C. Bagwell is the son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns.

     Kitty Lee Brock was born on 20 December 1875 in Alabama.¹ She married William Leander Bagwell, son of James Wiley Bagwell and Caroline Matilda Addeline Burns, on 16 February 1893. Kitty Lee Brock died on 18 July 1959 in Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas, at age 83.¹ She was buried at Bradshaw Cemetery, Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹

     Edith Harpole Bagwell was born on 27 July 1911 in Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.¹ She was the daughter of Leonard T. Bagwell and Ova M. Harpole. As of 26 December 1931,her married name was Cook. Edith Harpole Bagwell married Hiram Michael Cook on 26 December 1931. Edith Harpole Bagwell died on 29 March 2001 in Abilene, Taylor County, Texas, at age 89.¹ She was buried at Clyde Cemetery, Clyde, Callahan County, Texas.¹

     Zelma Sallie Johnston was also known as Sallye Zelma Johnson. She was born on 17 October 1905 in Texas.¹ She married Clyde Henry James Bagwell, son of Leonard T. Bagwell and Ova M. Harpole, circa 1924. Zelma Sallie Johnston died on 11 July 1991 in Nolan, Texas, at age 85.¹ She was buried at Hillside Memorial Gardens, Snyder, Scurry County, Texas.¹
