Thomas Willard Bagwell was also known as Willard Bagwell.1 He was born in February 1867 in Georgia.1,2 He was the son of Chester R. Bagwell and Sarah Ann Nabors. Thomas Willard Bagwell appeared on the 1870 United States Federal Census for Subdivision 144, Bartow County, Georgia, enumerated on 19 July 1870.3 He married Fannie M. circa 1889.1 Thomas Willard Bagwell died on 28 March 1939 in Bartow County, Georgia, at age 72.2 He was buried at Wofford Crossroads Baptist Church, White, Bartow County, Georgia.2
