Willis Barzillie Bagwell married Myrtle Goins before 1930.² Willis Barzillie Bagwell married Lula Belle Howell before 1938. Edward Judson Bagwell, 84, husband of Joe Ada Israel Bagwell of 171 Bon Air Ave., died Wednesday in General Hospital after a brief illness.
Native of Spartanburg County; son of the late J.T. (sic) and Kitty Brown Bagwell; retired from New South Insurance Co; former dispatcher for local cab companies; member of Calvary Baptist Church and Woodmen of the World; veteran of World War I.
Also surviving: sons, Alton and Lincoln W. Bagwell of Spartanburg; daughters, Mrs. Nadean Hutchins and Mrs. Rebecca Malone of Spartanburg; sisters, Mrs. Esther Noland of Grover, N.C., Mrs. Edith Frances and Mrs. Lou Ella Corn of Asheville, N.C., Mrs. Vashti Lominick of Forest City, N.C; brother, Willis Bagwell of New Orleans, La; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Services 2 Friday at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel by Dr. E.E. Hite Jr; burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

     Louella Bagwell was born on 2 January 1907 in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Jenkins Bagwell and Fannie Jones Brown. As of after 1920,her married name was Corn. Louella Bagwell married Jospeh Peter Corn after 1920. Louella Bagwell died on 14 May 2003 in Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina, at age 96 A native of Spartanburg, S.C. She had resided in Asheville for most of her life.
Mrs. Corn retired from Memorial Mission Hospital where she served as an operating room technician, was formerly employed with Belk’s for many years and was a member of Newbridge Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas Jenkins Bagwell and Fannie Jones Brown Bagwell and the wife of the late Joseph Peter Corn who died April 17, 1984.¹ She was buried at Elk Mountain Community Cemetery, Woodfin, Buncombe County, North Carolina.¹

     Bell May Bagwell was also known as Bellmae Bagwell. She was born on 18 October 1909 in South Carolina.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Jenkins Bagwell and Fannie Jones Brown. Bell May Bagwell died on 26 May 1914 at age 4.¹ She was buried at Thompson Chapel Cemetery, Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.¹

     Ruth E. Bagwell was born on 4 March 1913 in South Carolina.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Jenkins Bagwell and Fannie Jones Brown. As of after 1920,her married name was Harrill.² Ruth E. Bagwell married Jennings B. Harrill after 1920.² Ruth E. Bagwell died on 12 April 1952 at age 39.¹ She was buried at High Shoal Baptist Cemetery, Henrietta, Rutherford County, North Carolina.¹

     Stephen Augustus Bagwell was also known as Gus Bagwell. Stephen Augustus Bagwell was also known as G. A. Bagwell. Stephen Augustus Bagwell was born on 15 August 1875.¹ Stephen Augustus Bagwell was the child of Daniel Miller Bagwell and Sarah Ann Barnes.¹ Stephen Augustus Bagwell died on 29 January 1899 in Walker County, Texas, at age 23

Madisonville, Texas, February 1 - Gus Bagwell, a well known citizen of Walker county, living near Cotton, was accidentally shot and instantly killed yesterday morning. While going to breakfast carrying some chairs, by some means, struck the gun which was in the rack over the door,
knocking it to the floor, when it was discharged, emptying the whole load of squirrel shot into his side, it ranging upward and lodging in his body.
