Joseph Hanak died on 22 December 1972 in Fairhope, Baldwin County, Alabama, at age 59. He was buried at Silverhill Cemetery, Silverhill, Baldwin County, Alabama.

     James Joseph Bagwell was born on 22 February 1961. He was the son of Delores A. Rawls. James Joseph Bagwell died on 26 February 2012 in Atmore, Alabama, at age 51

James Joseph Bagwell passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012, at a Pensacola hospital.

Mr. Bagwell was a native of McDavid and has resided in Atmore for the past 3½ years. He worked as a farmer. Mr. Bagwell was a member of Happy Valley Church.

He is survived by his mother, Delores Rawls of Atmore; son, James Anthony Peedy Bagwell (Stephanie) of Poarch; daughter, Samantha Gail Bagwell of Poarch; brother, Harold (Rusty) Scott Bagwell of Flomaton; and sister JoAnne Rinks of Mobile.

Funeral services were Thursday, March 1, 2012, at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Ted Bridges officiating.

Burial followed at the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Visitation was Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at the Petty Eastside Chapel.

Pallbearers were Brian Moore, Kip Moore, Ben Tuberville, Rusty Bagwell, Shain Odom, Rusty Bagwell.
