Annie survived Polio at the young age of eleven. She became a member of Highland Baptist Church on November 2, 1980. She loved her church and attended faithfully until she became bedridden earlier this year. She belonged to the Open Door Sunday School class and the Young at Heart Seniors.
Annie loved to travel. Eating out was one of her favorite activities. The Garner Seniors Center was a large part of her life while she lived at Chadwick Senior Living. She loved to play Bingo and visit with her friends at the Senior Center. Annie’s last two and a half years were at Laurels of Forest Glen. She adapted to life there and always had a big smile and “Hello” for everyone who walked past her door.
Annie is survived by nieces, Susan Gardner of Raleigh, Marilyn Fish of Greensboro, and Jean Kelly; nephew, Tim Bagwell; several great nieces and nephews; a number of great-great nieces and nephews; devoted friends, Ellen Anderson, Gloria Fish, Jerry Martin, and Johnny Woodall.
In addition to her parents, Annie is preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Pait, and brother, C.B. Bagwell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 8524 Crowder Road, Raleigh, NC 27603 in memory of Annie.

Foy Hart was born in Lindsay, Oklahoma on October 3, 1919 along with his twin brother, Roy to Thomas Henry and Annie Hart. He attended New Hope School. He lived in Lindsay all of his life with the exception of a period of time when he served his country with honor in the U. S. Army during World War II from 1941 to 1945 attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. He married Frances Bagwell on May 28, 1946 in Plainview, Texas. They had two children, Thomas and Donna. Foy worked as a mechanic, but his true passion was farming and he devoted himself to working the land on his own farm. Foy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lindsay and the American Legion. He departed this earthly life on the evening of May 9, 2016 at the Norman Veterans Center in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 96. He will forever be remembered by his loving family and all those who cared for him.
Foy is survived by his son, Thomas Hart of Lindsay, Oklahoma, his daughter, Donna Hart of Lindsay, one brother, Theo Hart of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and his grandchildren: Sena Burch of Blanchard, Oklahoma and Shelly Chandler and James Moutaw, both of Lindsay. Also remaining behind are his great-grandchildren: Dalton Burch, Bryson Burch, Madison Burch, Jarred Chandler, Chelsea Beck, Courtney Hilderbrant, Ashlyn Moutaw, Taylor Moutaw and Brooke Moutaw as well as his great-great-grandchildren: Bailey Beck and Heston Chandler.
Foy was preceded in death by his wife Frances Hart on August 23, 2009, by his parents, Thomas Henry Hart and Annie Hart, his twin brother, Roy Hart, brother, Ben Stephens and two sisters, Ruth Robbins and Lola Tedford.
Funeral services for Mr. Hart are set for three o’clock p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the First Baptist Church, located at 401 S.W. 3rd Street in Lindsay, Oklahoma with Pastor Randy Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma with military honors by the American Legion Ball-Smith Post 23. Services are under the direction of B. G. Boydston Funeral Home of Lindsay, Oklahoma.

James Albert 'Baggy' Bagwell was born on 29 December 1941 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.1 He was the son of Albert Ross Bagwell and Martha Catherine Mattson. James Albert 'Baggy' Bagwell married Cherry Marvin Jones in 1965.2,3 James Albert 'Baggy' Bagwell and Cherry Marvin Jones were divorced on 10 February 1981 at Hennepin County, Minnesota.2 James Albert 'Baggy' Bagwell married Joan Rae Tio on 4 July 1981 at Hennepin, Minnesota. Bagwell, James A. "Baggy" Age 75, of Rogers, MN, passed away February 2, 2017 surrounded by love. Preceded in death by his parents, James and Martha. He attended Monmouth College and moved to the Twin Cities in 1978. A true Renaissance man, he worked as a project leader in medical research, insurance actuary and group underwriting, sales, claims underwriting, a third party claims administrator and ran his own benefits consulting business. He also ran his own Handyman business for ten years before retiring. A long time member and Past Master of Wayzata Masonic Lodge #205 he received the Hiram Award from his brothers. In 1992 Jim joined Zuhrah Shriners in Minneapolis MN. He quickly became involved with the Zuhrah Funsters (clowns) and was better known as "Baggy". He was president of the Zuhrah Funsters in 1996; served as a Potentate's Aide in 1998; was appointed to the Divan (Board of Directors) and elected Potentate (CEO) in 2008. He was elected to the officer line for the Midwest Shrine Association. Jim was also a social member of the Zuhrah Horsemen and an active member of the Zuhrah Cycle Corps. A highlight of his Shrine involvement was being appointed to the Board of Governors for the Shriners Hospital for Children - Twin Cities Unit located in Minneapolis MN. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Riley-Bagwell; six children (Krista, Ross, Karin, Michael, Brian and Chris), step-children (Christine and Bryan) and a legacy of grandchildren. Memorial Service to be held at Zuhrah Shriners - 6120 Blue Circle Drive, Minnetonka, MN 55343 - Social begins at 10:00 AM, Masonic Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 4, 2017 followed by a lunch and celebration of his life. Memorials preferred to the Women's General Auxiliary Shriner's Hospitals for Children - Twin Cities 2025 E River Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55414.
