Pastor Lance Ward of Crossings Community Church will officiate. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. Marie was born Aug. 22, 1918, to Clarence and Lura Boen Bagwell in Stratford and passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013, in Enid. She and her family moved frequently during her childhood, spending some time in California. She married Bob Campbell in May 1942. They were married 40 years until Bob’s death in April 1982. She held various bookkeeping-office manager jobs in the Oklahoma City area, including the Dale Rogers Training Center and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. Marie did tax returns as well. She was noted for her independent spirit. Most of all, Marie was a devoted mother being both a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader. She was active in her children’s schools and enjoyed going to their sporting events. She attended both the Methodist and Presbyterian churches. Marie was a deacon at Greystone Presbyterian Church. Her favorite activity was playing bridge. She moved to Enid from Oklahoma City in May 1993, and was active in local bridge circles for several years.
Marie was a member of Willow View Methodist Church. She had resided at Highland Park for eight months. She is survived by a daughter, Connie of Kansas City, and a son, Bruce of Enid.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, two brothers, a sister and her son-in-law, Warren Wheelock. The family wishes to thank the staff at Highland Park Manor for their service and loving care. Memorials may be given to Hospice Circle of Love with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.

She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren—Bryen Adams, MaLeah Lingo, Logan Dobkins, El Dobkins, Lexi Garrett, Bailey Dobkins, and Liam Garrett—and a great-grandmother to Kyson Adams.
Teresa had a lifelong passion for reading, especially horror novels. Her love of books reflected her vivid imagination and appreciation for storytelling. In her younger years, she found joy in barrel riding horses—a spirited pastime that spoke to her adventurous nature. Above all else, Teresa cherished time spent with her family. Whether gathered around the table or sharing quiet moments together, those times were among her most treasured.
Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
