     Bobby Bagwell was born on 10 May 1942 in Ware Shoals, Greenwood County, South Carolina. He was the son of Reverend Ralph Leo Bagwell and Ruby Lee Lindley. Bobby Bagwell lived in 2000 in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He died on 9 September 2022 in Greenwood, Greenwood County, South Carolina, at age 80


Bobby Bagwell, 80, of Ware Shoals, S.C., went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Friday, September 9, 2022, at Self Regional Healthcare, in Greenwood, S.C. Born in Ware Shoals, S.C., on May 10, 1942, he was a son of the late Ralph Leo Bagwell, and the late Ruby Lee Lindley Bagwell. He was retired from sales and had a deep love for music. He was a wonderful singer and pianist, and in his younger years, he traveled with several groups. He was of the Christian faith. He is survived by his daughters, Shane Spann (Michael), and Vickie Williams, grandsons; Gaige Huckaby and Jared Spann, and his siblings; Vivian Goodman Black and Furman "Bigon" Bagwell. He is also survived by his beloved friend, and the mother of his children, Syble Randall. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Joseph Bagwell, Herman Bagwell, Billy Bagwell, Manuel Bagwell, and Betty B. Hood.      Razie Bonita Elliott married George August Bagwell, son of Thomas Arthur Bagwell and Nellie Louise Meyer, on 3 July 1920 at Cook County, Texas. Razie Bonita Elliott married Werner Johnson on 30 July 1938 at Seattle, King County, Washington.

     George August Bagwell Jr. was born on 29 May 1921 in Gainesville, Texas. He was the son of George August Bagwell and Razie Bonita Elliott. George August Bagwell Jr. married Blanche Helen Rutter on 26 July 1952 at Coeur D'Alene, Kootenai County, Idaho. George August Bagwell Jr. died on 3 April 1998 in Lewis County, Washington, at age 76.

     Werner Johnson married Razie Bonita Elliott on 30 July 1938 at Seattle, King County, Washington.

     Beatrice Bagwell is the daughter of George August Bagwell and Razie Bonita Elliott.

     Michael Scott Bagwell was born on 20 August 1967 in King County, Washington. He married Jamie Lin Reed on 31 December 1994 at Lane County, Oregon. Michael Scott Bagwell and Jamie Lin Reed were divorced on 25 March 1997 at King County, Washington. Michael Scott Bagwell died on 21 May 2022 at age 54


Born in the BARF (Burien, Auburn, Renton, Federal Way) area of King County in 1967, Michael Bagwell grew up supporting the Washington Huskies football team, taking RV trips with his grandparents to Montana to go fly-fishing, and participating in youth baseball, football, and track. After graduating Thomas Jefferson High School in Auburn, Michael served in the US Navy, finishing his service at Moffett Field in Mountain View, CA. An avid fan--as both a racer and spectator--of motorcycle racing, Michael often traveled to racetracks around the country to watch the races. In recent years, Michael worked on perfecting his barbecue technique, owning five different smokers, and specializing in pulled pork, smoked salmon and amazing Thanksgiving turkeys. Despite living in northern California for the last nine years, Michael still considered King County his home. With no family of his own, he considered his group of friends (the Eddies) his family, and thought fondly of his weekends on the Oregon coast with this group. Michael is survived by his spouse, Hillary Wootton, and his beloved dogs, Olive and Peaches.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Daniels Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave., Santa Rosa, CA. Private family inurnment. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in his name to Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (https://www.dbsalliance.org/.)

     Dennis Vann Bagwell was born on 6 September 1966.¹ He was the son of David Leon Bagwell and Annie Juanita Taylor.² Dennis Vann Bagwell died on 9 November 2005 at age 39.¹ He was buried on 11 November 2005 at Pine Log United Methodist Church Cemetery, Rydal, Bartow County, Georgia.¹

     David Leon Bagwell was born on 24 May 1926 in Rydal, Bartow County, Georgia.¹ He was the son of Thomas Milton Bagwell and Louella Willis. David Leon Bagwell married Annie Juanita Taylor before 1953. David Leon Bagwell died on 16 November 2011 in Metropolitan Hospice, Marietta, Georgia, at age 85

Mr. David Leon “Buddy” Bagwell, Sr. age 85, formerly of 53 Jones Road, Rydal, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Metropolitan Hospice, Marietta.

Mr. Bagwell was born in Rydal, GA, May 24, 1926, son of the late Thomas and Louella Willis Bagwell. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Morning Star #349 Masonic Lodge, Fairmount. Mr. Bagwell had worked for the Georgia Department of Transportation and was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Juanita Taylor Bagwell and a son, Dennis Van Bagwell.

Survivors include a son, David Bagwell, Jr. of Rydal; 2 grandsons, Thomas Chant Bagwell and David Logan Bagwell; a sister, Ione Bennett Barton of Dewey Community.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Hibberts officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Log United Methodist Church Cemetery, Rydal. Kenneth Taylor, Steve Taylor, Keith Taylor, Michael Finley, Jimmy Finley, and Randy Finley will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.¹

He was buried on 18 November 2011 at Pine Log United Methodist Church Cemetery, Rydal, Bartow County, Georgia.¹

     Annie Juanita Taylor was born on 2 March 1935 in Rydal, Bartow County, Georgia.¹ As of before 1953,her married name was Bagwell. She married David Leon Bagwell, son of Thomas Milton Bagwell and Louella Willis, before 1953. Annie Juanita Taylor died on 17 April 2007 in Rydal, Bartow County, Georgia, at age 72.¹ She was buried at Pine Log United Methodist Church Cemetery, Rydal, Bartow County, Georgia.¹

     David Leon Bagwell Jr. is the son of David Leon Bagwell and Annie Juanita Taylor.¹

     David Logan Bagwell is the son of Dennis Vann Bagwell.

     Thomas Chant Bagwell is the son of David Leon Bagwell Jr.

     Patricia Christine King married Brian Edward Bagwell, son of William Cody Bagwell and Suzanne Barber, on 17 December 1994 at Travis County, Texas.

     Ashley Nicole Bagwell is the daughter of Brian Edward Bagwell and Patricia Christine King.

     Brenda Darlene Williams married Cody Lance Bagwell, son of Doyle Gene Bagwell and Judy Ann Mills, on 4 August 1984 at Midland County, Texas. Brenda Darlene Williams and Cody Lance Bagwell were divorced on 17 November 2005 at Midland County, Texas.
