     Henry Vernon Bagwell Bagwell was born on 8 January 1910 in Estelline, Texas.¹ He was the son of Vernon Bagwell and Lillian Irene Eddins.¹ Henry Vernon Bagwell served in World War II in the US Army as a TEC4.¹ He died on 7 June 1964 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 54.¹ He was buried on 9 June 1964 at Estelline Cemetery, Estelline, Hall County, Texas.¹

     Gordon Bagwell was born on 20 May 1880 in Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. Gordon Bagwell was buried at Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery, Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He died on 31 October 1884 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, at age 4.¹

     Nathaniel Luther Bagwell was born on 27 June 1882 in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. Nathaniel Luther Bagwell married Lillie Butler Moore on 22 December 1909 at Smyrna, Tennessee. Nathaniel Luther Bagwell died on 23 March 1950 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, at age 67
Nathaniel "Luther" Bagwell Sr was born on June 27, 1883 in Clarksville, Tennessee, the son of Edward Bentley Bagwell (1847–1916) and Sarah Jane (Lyle) Bagwell (1849–1928).

He was married about 1910 to Lillie Butler Moore (9 Sep 1887-Mar 1971), the daughter of Walter Overton Moore (1857–1918) and Addie Jane (Jordan) Moore (1868–1888).

President of Bagwell Preserving Company and living at 3704 Woodmont Blvd in Nashville, Luther was 66 years old and married when he died at home of a coronary thrombosis on March 23, 1950. Burial was the next day in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashville.

     Ruby S. Bagwell was born in March 1884 in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle.¹ Ruby S. Bagwell married James M. Hogan after 1915.² Ruby S. Bagwell died in 1993 in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ She was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Dyersburg, Dyer County, Tennessee.¹

     James M. Hogan was born in 1902.¹ He married Ruby S. Bagwell, daughter of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle, after 1915.¹ James M. Hogan died in 1958.¹ He was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Dyersburg, Dyer County, Tennessee.¹

     J. Rice Bagwell was born on 9 November 1885 in Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. J. Rice Bagwell married Hazel L. Autry on 9 September 1911. J. Rice Bagwell and Hazel L. Autry lived in 1930 in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. J. Rice Bagwell died on 17 September 1949 in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, at age 63.¹ He was buried at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona.¹

     Hazel L. Autry was born on 3 February 1891. She married J. Rice Bagwell, son of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle, on 9 September 1911. Hazel L. Autry and J. Rice Bagwell lived in 1930 in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. Hazel L. Autry died in January 1975 in Phoenix, Arizona, at age 83.

     Mattie Bagwell was born in November 1887 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. Mattie Bagwell married Marvel Oscar Albright on 23 December 1909 at Montgomery County, Tennessee. Mattie Bagwell died on 10 August 1968 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, at age 80. She was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.

     Marvel Oscar Albright was born on 3 April 1885 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. He married Mattie Bagwell, daughter of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle, on 23 December 1909 at Montgomery County, Tennessee. Marvel Oscar Albright died on 16 August 1961 at age 76.

     George Washington Bagwell was born on 12 May 1889 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. He was the son of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. George Washington Bagwell married Nora F. Gilpin circa 1914 at Antioch, Montgomery County, Tennessee. George Washington Bagwell married Johnnie Belle Dunn in 1944.¹ George Washington Bagwell died on 5 March 1955 in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee, at age 65.² He was buried on 7 March 1955 at Forest Hills Cemetery, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.²

     Mary Bagwell was born on 12 June 1892 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. As of after 1910,her married name was Tucker. Mary Bagwell married (?) Tucker after 1910. Mary Bagwell died on 23 December 1986 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, at age 94. She was buried at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs, Fulton County, Georgia.

     Lyle Bagwell was born on 25 October 1894 in Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Edward Bentley Bagwell and Sarah Jane Lyle. Lyle Bagwell married Mae C. (?) after 1903.² SGT, US Army, WWI. Lyle Bagwell died on 14 January 1981 in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee, at age 86.¹ He was buried at Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.¹

     Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble was born on 19 July 1878 in Rockford, Blount County, Tennessee.¹ She married Charles Henry Bagwell, son of Andrew Jackson Bagwell and Margaret Caroline Thompson, on 21 August 1898.^2,1 Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble died on 3 August 1934 in Harriman, Roane County, Tennessee, at age 56.¹ She was buried at Coal Hill Cemetery, Morgan County, Tennessee.¹

     Joseph Henry Bagwell was born on 1 August 1910 in Morgan County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Charles Henry Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble. Joseph Henry Bagwell died on 21 September 1912 in Morgan County, Tennessee, at age 2.¹ He was buried at Coal Hill Baptist Cemetery, Morgan County, Tennessee.¹

     Luther Alexander Bagwell was born on 21 April 1908 in Coalfield, Morgan County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Charles Henry Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble. Luther Alexander Bagwell married Dora Jane Futrell on 5 October 1928 at Kingston, Roane County, Tennessee. Luther Alexander Bagwell married Irene Adams after 1945. Luther Alexander Bagwell died on 20 June 1984 in Chatsworth, Murray County, Georgia, at age 76.¹ He was buried at Coal Hill Baptist Cemetery, Morgan County, Tennessee.¹

     Robert Lester Bagwell was born on 24 January 1906 in Roane County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Charles Henry Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble. Robert Lester Bagwell died on 5 June 1907 in Roane County, Tennessee, at age 1.¹ He was buried at Coal Hill Baptist Cemetery, Morgan County, Tennessee.¹

     Harvey Roy Bagwell was born on 7 May 1904 in Roane County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Charles Henry Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble. Harvey Roy Bagwell married Alvania Rebecca Coram on 12 June 1920 at Gilmer County, Georgia. Harvey Roy Bagwell married Cecil Easter Gann circa 1952. Harvey Roy Bagwell died on 3 May 1981 in Morgan County, Tennessee, at age 76.¹ He was buried at Coal Hill Baptist Cemetery, Morgan County, Tennessee.¹

     Flora May Bagwell was born on 4 July 1899 in Blount County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Charles Henry Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble. As of 15 September 1918,her married name was Corum. Flora May Bagwell married Melvin Kansas "Ben" Corum on 15 September 1918 at Maryville, Blount County, Tennessee. In the 1930 US Federal Census shows she is a widower living as a boarder in another widow's household (Nettie Shubert). Flora May Bagwell died on 16 August 1971 in Hardin County, Tennessee, at age 72. She was buried on 19 August 1971 at Coal Hill Baptist Cemetery, Morgan County, Tennessee.

     Dora Jane Futrell was born on 22 June 1913. She married Luther Alexander Bagwell, son of Charles Henry Bagwell and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Gribble, on 5 October 1928 at Kingston, Roane County, Tennessee. Dora Jane Futrell died on 28 April 1986 in Roane County, Tennessee, at age 72. She was buried at Elverton Cemetery, Roane County, Tennessee.

Gary Eugene Bagwell, age 60, 1007 Riverside Drive, Harrodsburg, died Sunday, October 9, 2005 at Haggin Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

Born January 25, 1945 in Harriman, TN, he was the son of the late Luther Alexander and Dora Jane (Futrell) Bagwell. He was a US Army Veteran. He was a Gospel Preacher and member of The Harrodsburg Church of Christ. He previously served as preacher at the following churches: West Main Street Church of Christ, Newark, OH, Lakeview Church of Christ, Rossville, GA, Lafayette Church of Christ, Indianapolis, IN, Salem Church of Christ, Salem, OH., Kenwood Church of Christ, Louisville, KY, and the Beaver Dam Church of Christ, Beaver Dam, KY

Survivors include: his wife Phyllis Ann (Smith) Bagwell and one daughter Melissa Anne Bagwell both of Harrodsburg.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 12th at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Weldon Warnock and Ryan Knight. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg with military rites.

Pallbearers are: Ryan Knight, Phil Foster, Ryan Foster, Jeremy Little, Buddy Shirley, and Duane Hall. Honorary bearers are: Jack Freeman, Chester Gabhart, Donnie Pinkston, Bruce Parrott, Todd Thompson and Genie Sims

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 11th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. and Wednesday prior to the service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel

     Phyllis Ann Smith was born on 16 March 1948 in Hazard, Perry County, Kentucky. She married Gary Eugene Bagwell, son of Luther Alexander Bagwell and Dora Jane Futrell, after 1960.¹ Phyllis Ann Smith died on 30 May 2023 in Florida at age 75

Phyllis Ann Bagwell, age 75, Keystone Heights, Florida (formerly of Harrodsburg, Kentucky) widow of Gary Eugene Bagwell, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at her home in Florida. Born March 16, 1948 in Hazard, KY, she was the daughter of the late Rodney and Anne (Mullins) Smith. She was a graduate of Fairborn-Baker High School in Dayton, Ohio; a clerical and custodial employee for the University of Alabama in Huntsville, AL and was a member of the Kingsley Avenue Church of Christ in Orange Park, FL and a former member of the Harrodsburg Church of Christ in Harrodsburg.

Survivors include a daughter Melissa (Ryan) Ann Knight of Keystone Heights, FL; a granddaughter Arabella Knight and a grandson Garrison Knight both of Keystone Heights, FL.

Private family graveside services were conducted on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Springhill Cemetery Pavilion by her son-in-law Ryan Knight. Burial followed in Springhill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.

Bagwell married Bernice Merren Nicholson on 22 September 1933 at Yuma, Arizona. He served in the Merchant Marine during Wordl War II. Glen A. Bagwell died on 31 December 1967 in Apache Junction, Arizona, at age 55.¹ He was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Phoenix, Arizona.¹

     Samuel Edward Bagwell was born on 19 March 1921 in Phoenix, Arizona.¹ He was the son of J. Rice Bagwell and Hazel L. Autry. Samuel Edward Bagwell married Dorothy Ann Sommer before 1946. Samuel Edward Bagwell died on 28 October 2013 at age 92.¹ He was buried at Palm Desert Memorial, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada.¹

     Nora Hilda Burnett was born in January 1870 in Graves County, Kentucky. As of 4 January 1900,her married name was Bagwell. She married Charles Archer Bagwell, son of Samuel Pleasant Bagwell and Wiliana Davenport Goodman, on 4 January 1900 at Sedalia, Graves County, Kentucky. Nora Hilda Burnett died in 1945 in Murray, Calloway County, Kentucky. She was buried at Burnetts Chapel Cemetery, Graves County, Kentucky.¹

     Benjamin Franklin Bagwell was born on 14 December 1911 in Kentucky. He was the son of Charles Archer Bagwell and Nora Hilda Burnett. Benjamin Franklin Bagwell married Thelma Grugett after 1925. Benjamin Franklin Bagwell died on 31 January 1981 in Marshall County, Kentucky, at age 69. He was buried at Mayfield Memory Gardens, Mayfield, Graves County, Kentucky.¹

     Thelma Grugett was born on 29 April 1910 in Kentucky.¹ She married Benjamin Franklin Bagwell, son of Charles Archer Bagwell and Nora Hilda Burnett, after 1925. Thelma Grugett died on 22 March 2004 in McCracken County, Kentucky, at age 93.¹ She was buried at Mayfield Memory Gardens, Mayfield, Graves County, Kentucky.¹

     Sarah Mae Bagwell was born on 1 July 1908 in Kentucky. She was the daughter of Charles Archer Bagwell and Nora Hilda Burnett. As of 30 August 1936,her married name was Nevins. Sarah Mae Bagwell married Frank P. Nevins on 30 August 1936 at Michigan. Sarah Mae Bagwell and Frank P. Nevins were divorced on 31 October 1940 at Wayne County, Michigan. As of 15 March 1941,her married name was Walker. Sarah Mae Bagwell married Ellsworth Frederick Walker on 15 March 1941. Sarah Mae Bagwell died on 18 February 1977 at age 68. She was buried at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Washington County, Kentucky.

     Ellsworth Frederick Walker was born on 18 February 1909 in Highland Park, Wayne County, Michigan. He married Sarah Mae Bagwell, daughter of Charles Archer Bagwell and Nora Hilda Burnett, on 15 March 1941. Ellsworth Frederick Walker died on 2 August 1995 at age 86. He was buried at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Washington County, Kentucky.
