Former spouse of Tommy Bagwell. She was a dear friend of Roy Stoltz. She was preceded in death by her parents, half-sister, Sandra Oxman Souther, and niece, Kathy Oxman. She worked for Owens & Minor Inc. for 24 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 12:00 Noon. Russell “Bo” Norris a resident of Panama City Beach, Florida since August 2000, passed away February 17, 2008 after a short battle with cancer. Bo was employed by Wal Mart on the beach. He was retired from the City of Atlanta Police Department as a Homicide Detective.

Bo was born May 24, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of the late Russell and Sarah Jennings Norris. Bo graduated from Roosevelt High School in Atlanta, Georgia in 1966 and Woodrow Wilson College of Law in May 1980. He was a US Army veteran of Vietnam. Bo had a special love for dancing, singing and performing karaoke.

     Barry Stephen Lail was born on 8 September 1949 in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee. He married Deborah Lee Bagwell, daughter of Bobby Lee Bagwell and Martha Claire Neel, in 1981. The funeral service for Scotty Wayne Bagwell, 39, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will be at Welti Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery and Tony Hyde will officiate the service.

Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Bagwell Passed away Friday, June 11, 2021. He was born June 20, 1981 to David Scott and Sandra McDonald Bagwell. He loved his daughter with all his heart. She was his world.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: William and Helen McDonald, and Odis and Ernestine Bagwell.

Survivors include his parents: David and Sandra Bagwell; daughter: Audrina 'A.J.' Bagwell; sister: Vanessa Bagwell (Ryker Haws); nephews: Colton Wayne and Noah Scott Needham; family and friends.


He was buried on 19 June 2021 at Welti Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cullman County, Alabama.
