She enjoyed camping with her children, fishing, going to Lake Sam Rayburn with her son-in-law, and she never missed a Sunday Worship Service on television with Dr. Charles Stanley. She revolved her life around her family, and she was the most happy when the grandchildren where around. Patricia was a loving mother, Mawmaw and sister that will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.
Those left behind the cherish Patricia’s memory are her daughter, Kim Brown and her husband, Robert; her son, Scott Bagwell and his wife, Sheila; her grandchildren, Shanna Brown, Destiny Bagwell, Tracy Bagwell and his fiancé, Shelby, and Tyler Brown; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Bennett; and her sister, Norma Cates. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers, Milton Haney and Ronald Haney, Sr.
A gathering of family and friends for a visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas. A funeral service for Patricia will immediately follow the visitation on Tuesday and will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves, Texas.
