A. H. Wilson, assisted by Rev. R. R. Brady, Rev. Carol O. Page and Rev. Dewey A. Martin. Interment will be in the Poplar Springs Church cemetery.
Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late Wiley and Laura Bowen Bagwell. She was born and reared in Spartanburg County. She is survived by her step-mother, Mrs. Wiley Bagwell, of Moore's Station. She was married to S. V. Rogers, who died 12 years ago, and to this union were born the following children who survive: Mrs. B. J. Boyter and Mrs. W. J. Jenkins, Greer; V. W. Rogers, Fairforest; G. Alvin Lee Bagwell, 77, of 104 Ray Drive, died Wednesday at his daughter's residence in Green Pond, S.C.
Mr. Bagwell was born in Pickens, SC, on Dec. 26, 1927, a son of the late Walter Lee and Ara Jane Porter Bagwell. He was a retired employee of the Pickens Cotton Mill, and was formerly associated with Robinson Funeral Home in Easley and Brice W. Herndon & Sons Funeral Home in Walterboro.
He was a Baptist and Army veteran, and loved woodworking.
Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Veronica Green Bagwell of Pickens; a daughter, Martha Heape and her husband, George, of Green Pond, SC; two grandchildren, Alicia Heape Rouse and her husband, Alan, and George Edward Heape and his wife, Melissa; two great-grandchildren; and one niece. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Saturday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Sunday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Bolding was predeceased by five brothers, Edward Davis, Joseph, Austin, John and Dean Bagwell; two sisters, Emily Sue Gilstrap and Evelyn B. Williams; and two sisters-in-law, Lillian Crenshaw and Kathleen Byrd.

A native of Easley, SC, daughter of the late Joseph S. and Inez Cantrell Bagwell, she was retired from the South Carolina State Department of Mental Health, and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Teri L. Krezdorn (Carl) of Salem, SC; one son, Gregory D. Taylor (Pamela) of Lyman, SC; three grandchildren, Erica McCall (John), Christian Krezdorn, and Anna Hart (Jeremy); two great-grandchildren, Jack and Lucas McCall; and her loyal care giver and friend, Audrey Lambert.
Mrs. Taylor was the last surviving sibling of nine children.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Fairview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley, SC.
Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 pm Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the church.
The family will be at their respective homes.
