Mr. Bagwell was born April 20, 1961 in Hale Center. He died Oct. 12, 2010. Rick graduated from Monterey High School in 1979, received an associate's degree from South Plains College and a bachelor's in business administration degree from Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Max Bagwell.

He was presently employed with Covenant Medical Center. Rick married Pamela Jean on May 4, 1991.

His survivors include his wife, Pamela of Knoxville, Tenn; daughter, Amanda Mae Washington of Lubbock; parents, Richard E. and Betty Tilson of Westphalia, Mo; sisters, Cloris Tiffin and husband, Rick, of Llano and Terri Lee and husband, Van, of Mt. Pleasant; along with a granddaughter, Arissa Taylor Munoz.
