Ouija was predeceased by her husband, Raymond F. Bordelon; her parents, Mary and Haywood Bagwell; and a sister, Mary Jane Fuller. She is survived by many loving family members: sons Raymond F. Bordelon, Jr., and wife Mary, David Bordelon and wife Shelby; daughter Elizabeth Lollar and husband Jerry; sister Linda Kennedy and husband John; grandchildren Shannon and Kyle Lollar; step-grandchildren Christine McLemore and Stephanie Wiater; nephews Charles Kerr, Michael Brown, and Harlan Kennedy; nieces Mary Howard and Elizabeth Zamorano; six great-nieces and nephews, and three great-great nieces and nephews.
She will be remembered for her generosity, giving spirit, dedication to family and love of life. Ouija possessed the gift of seeing joy in everyday events and making little miracles for everyone she touched. Her love knew no bounds.1
She was buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.1

Elsie served as president of Pilot Club of Nacogdoches, Inc., 1980-1981, where she instituted the Lifeline program with the club. Her husband,Willard Bay, preceded her in death on May 13, 2006.
In 1936, Elsie and Willard established the first Tom¹s Peanut distributorship in Nacogdoches County.
Survivors include her sons, Daniel Willard Bay and wife Gloria, and John Michael Bay of Nacogdoches, Texas; granddaughter, Adrienne Elizabeth Bay of Austin, Texas; nephew and niece Elvin and Dorothy Praytor of Pasadena, Texas; Judy Cook of Diboll, Texas; sister-in-law, Jeanette Bay of Houston, Texas; nephews and nieces, Bob and Annette Payne of Katy, Texas, Bill and Carol Bay of Houston, Texas and many special great nephews and nieces and host of dear friends.
Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, July 7, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park with Dr. Bill Gandin, Senior Minister First United Methodist, officiating. Interment will immediately follow.1 She was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, Nacogdoches, Nacogdoches County, Texas.1
